Addelstone House was a very good value, beautifully appointed home with comfortable beds and every appliance/kitchenware you could possibly want. The location in the gorgeous town of St Marys was excellent.

Nice house, but need more basic things. One of the taps in the bathroom was leaking. Lounge room chairs weren't comfortable to sit on. Also need proper curtains on the windows for the bedrooms. Need sugar, tea, and coffee, as we need to use our own.

From the moment that we arrived Peter could not do enough make our visit special.|Well appointed room with separate small sitting area, lovely bathroom with excellent shower, fabulous breakfast and warm attentive host. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and immaculately maintained. Nowhere better to stay. St Mary’s is a small but pretty town centrally located for many interesting visits. We loved the Bay of Fires.

If you are anywhere in the vicinity of St Marys make the effort to stay with Peter. You will love it as much as we do. Better still - alter your itinerary to say in St Marys. It is very central and convenient to lts of interesting places.

If you are travelling anywhere near St Mary’s do not miss the opportunity to experience the most superb Addlestone House hospitality. We found the comfort, cleanliness, precision and personal detail in every amenity first class. Then to add to your experience you have the wonderful attention afforded by Peter, your host. This was one of the best B&B’s we have stayed at and highly recommend it.

Peter makes you welcome the minute you arrive. Each room has its own bathroom and our room had a small sitting room where the sunlight streamed in. The rooms are immaculately made up. We even had fresh roses. Peter allows you use of the whole house. He is attentive to every detail and cannot do enough for you. He even takes a beautiful portrait shot of all his guests (best photos of ourselves ever!) Fabulous place to stay in this lovely spot in NE Tassie.

A very nice, comfortable b&b, with two bedrooms available, both with ensuite. Approx walk of 800 metres to the town (and pub). Easy walk on the flat road, pavement most of the way. Car parking on-site. The owner, Peter, very friendly and helpful - he recommended the pub and made the booking - AFL fan and great football knowledge. Place is very clean. Fullly cooked breakfast available. If you want to book, go through his website and save some money. Quiet nice sleep. Not much traffic.

My girlfriend and I stayed with Peter for 3 nights in late December and felt very comfortable in his B&B. Peter was more than accommodating and cooks up a great breakfast.

If you're thinking that this place is to out of the way you'd be wrong. We drove to Bay of Fires and explored that area on one day and Freycinet another and not having to worry about checking in and out suited us perfectly.
