It was nice to meet new people there . i did the sculpt on my stomach but i don't feel any tightness on my stomach 🙁 on my first session My next one is the WELLNESS POD and I hope I feel good after that 🙂👍

Came along with a family member and did the active roll and wellness pod. First time trying anything like this and was not really sure what to expect. Came out of both very relaxed and had a great night sleep, significantly reduced muscle tension and joint soreness after the roller. Very calming, peaceful atmosphere and helpful friendly staff.

I recently tried an Active Wellness Pod session and I loved how it combined gentle heat, vibration therapy, to create a calming environment.

The session left me feeling energized and deeply relaxed at the same time. It’s perfect for me to de-stress or boost the recovery after workouts. The staffs were super friendly and also very professional and explained everything thoroughly, ensuring I got the most out of my session.

Highly recommend this for anyone interested in wellness and self-care.

Had an amazing experience at the Active Wellness Spa. From the friendly staff that are there to help you along every step to the lovely space they have created it really is a truly relaxing experience. I love foam rolling but hate all the weird positions you have to sit in and the active roll machine takes all that away and makes it far easier. Finally finishing off with a Wellness Pod session had me feeling extremely relaxed and ready for the rest of the day. Recommenced Maitri and everyone at the Active Wellness Spa very highly if this is the type of service you are looking for.

After my first visit to Active Wellness Spa I became addicted! There are so many changes I have noticed. It instantly boosts my energy and I feel like my endorphins are on a high ☺️ my skin feels so much softer and it also helps relieve the pain I get in my knees and ankles from wearing heels all day at work. Would recommend investing in the saver pack because you’ll want to cone back more than once!
