Giselle is a lovely and kind woman. I love my eyebrows and understanding that it was my first time getting it waxed and tinted, as she reassured and helped me suggest what's suited better for my skin tone. Definitely recommend her when I have my next appointment.

She massaged my calves and didn’t touch my feet except to wash them for a whole hour.

The polish was old and goopy, and she didn’t even go to the edges

She did not trim or file the nails at all. She did not use any tools on my feet at all.

I really treated myself to this appointment and was devastated with the results. My callouses and cuticles were not touched. The polish was sloppy at best.

I didn’t get a foot massage at all, which is was I was expecting at least a little bit of.

I already wrote them a kinder but honest review when they asked via email, and have not been contacted now for a week about my experience.

A complete waste of $65

I do a much nicer job at home myself with a pumice.

These pics are of my feet seven days after my “pedicure”.

The old sticky polish took all day to dry and was never applied to the edges.

The callous there is embarrassing for a person who had a pedicure seven days ago. Go literally anywhere else or DIY

I was very pleased with my pedicure,the massage chair is the best, and my feet feel and look fabulous. Giselle was lovely and professional, and the salon has a great relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend!! Will be booking again!

Abbey, Gisele and Alarna were all absolutely amazing, friendly and the service was fantastic!

I felt so special on my pamper day ahead of my wedding AND was gifted a little pamper pack which was just the cherry on top!

My nails by Abbey are gorgeous! My facial and pedicure by Gisele was so relaxing - my skin feels amazing and my toes look so pretty! Lastly, the massage by Alarna was so relaxing and all my stresses have melted away.

Thank you so much for making my day! I will definitely be visiting when I am back in Cowra ❤️

The ladies that pierced my daughters ears were wonderful. They were patient and understanding whilst I made them move the dots for her holes over and over again. The price was a shock at well below expected.
