My partner and I attended the couple's night on the 12/4/25 and the 2 hosts were friendly, respectful and made every effort to ensure the event (like every event they host) was a fun and exciting time.
There's a zero tolerance policy for any substance use which is enforced and helps make it a safe and non-pushy space where people have the choice to play or not.
My partner and I have been to aarows a number of times and found the venue has improved dramatically from where it has been and even when you are roaming if you tell people that you aren't interested they leave you alone.

The staff are super friendly, they remember regulars and make sure they feel safe.

Place is it and miss, poor customer service depending on who's at the front door.
Patrons are great, they make the venue.
Bathrooms could do with a modern makeover to bring them out of the 70's.

My partner and I went for the couples night on 12/04/25. As always was a wonderful experience, staff are amazing and always willing to help, a safe no pressure environment with amazing couples. The hosts do a wonderful job at making this event worthwhile 👏🏽

Very rude management, I was accustomed to getting a discount on entry and when I inquired about receiving the usual special price the “boss” on duty launched into a tirade of abuse

All he had to do was politely explain that I was no longer entitled to the cheaper admission and I would have happily paid the full sticker price

Instead he became extremely aggressive and said that if I didn’t pay up straight away I would be kicked out into the street.
After going at least twice a month for some time I’m afraid to say they have lost my patronage forever

Its in a indsutrial/car yard street in suburbia with a wide driveway that leads to a back area. First thing is a lack of privacy.
Secondly, behind it it sits infront of bushland and a creek which gives it a dark atmosphere to start with. You walk into a tight and narrow gated area like a Jail where you pay and youre expected to pay for a locker. No other sauna in sydney does this. The customer service is probably the worst of all indicating a lack of inter personal skills and the need to understand different culturual, personal and sexual sensibilities. You walk in and the locker area is near steam room, spa area, open showers and walk leaks towards where you are expected to change clothes. Lockers are old. The vibe is very 90s. The floors contain odors of various kinds and the cleanliness is rather sub average. Toilets Putrid.

UPDATE 14/04/25. The owner of this place has replied with abject lies, a made up story in order to smear someone who gave an objective review about this place. If you go through the reviews, this owner clearly has form in trying to fabricate non existent behaivour against the person making a review. Instead of accepting commentary, you have stooped to a vile low against innocent people.

The Perfect Venue for Exploration

Aarows is an incredible venue with a wide variety of spaces to explore. From the spa and sauna to private rooms and social areas, there’s something for everyone. It’s thoughtfully designed, offering a comfortable and discreet alternative to hosting at home.

Aarows provides the perfect balance of privacy and community. A much better option than the hassle of hosting—highly recommend!
