I stayed in one of the cabins at this caravan park, and it was a disaster. The room was filthy, with sticky floors and dust everywhere. The taps were leaking, making it nearly impossible to use the sink without flooding the bathroom. The dishes provided were old, rusty, and completely unusable, like they hadn’t been replaced or cleaned in years.

As for the cleaning service? Non-existent. No one bothered to clean the cabin during our stay, even after we reported the issues. The manager and staff were incredibly rude and ignorant, with no willingness to offer any help. To top it all off, they refused to return our bond with no valid explanation.

I strongly advise staying away from this place! Save your money and look elsewhere.

Horrific Treatment – Avoid This Place Like the Plague
This was the most disgraceful experience I have ever had at a caravan park. While staying in a cabin with my 4-year-old, the owner rebooked it without telling me. Instead of resolving the situation professionally, they sent the groundskeeper to intimidate me, standing over me and forcibly taking my key while I was still in the cabin.

As if that wasn’t enough, when my daughter and I were forced to sit outside with our belongings, the owner stormed over, kicked my bags, and aggressively demanded we leave — all in front of my child. The level of disrespect and bullying was appalling, and their behavior was nothing short of abusive.

If you value basic human decency, especially if you have children, do not go near this place. This is not a safe or welcoming environment for anyone.

This park is revolting, the office lady couldn’t speak English and was rude, the place is riddled with crack heads and deros, the cabin was filthy sheets were dirty cabin stunk kitchen stuff was dirty, was out side unpacking Ute and 4 of the scum they house there tried to steal stuff, then one flew a drone around scoping out what people had in their vehicles, they smashed and wrote a Ute of down the park, we ended up leaving at 9 at night as we felt unsafe and the crackadillians where starting come alive after sun down, this place needs bulldozing it is nothing but filth the photos are false advertisement and the locals that live there suck they are nothing but theiving scum. Honestly would rather spend a night in a septic tank than this dump.

Stopped in for one night 8/11/2024, Lady at reception was lovely & friendly. The units were clean and bed was awwww so so comfortable.. recommend this place, close to shops, walkable, quiet.

The place is very dated and old and not even worth a cent over $50 let alone $99 that they advertise for. The lady at the desk was Russian and didn’t let me get a word in, talk talk talk. The cabin I stayed in was filthy dirty and had water dripping from under the sink and had a saucepan to catch it which was already half full of water. The tap in the bathroom sink was leaking the whole time. The heater option on the air con didn’t work so I froze all night (being winter). The shower was either stinking hot or freezing cold and the blankets that were in the cabin weren’t enough to keep me warm. I had 3 sugar sachets and hardly enough milk for 1 coffee or tea and water was leaking onto the floor from out of the cupboard where it was leaking from.
There was a couple arguing outside my cabin all night. Was not fun!!!!
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
DON’T ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO STAY HERE unless you or they are desperate!!!!

I was here care of work, and I challenged by Ops Manager to move me. This place is a dirty disgusting ghetto. On arrival I was supplied a villa with a small second room with bunks and en-suite bathroom. I had to take it on myself to satisfactorily clean the room, wash the cutlery and sweep and dust the walls and floor. A pure tip. Then to have a multitude of hoon vehicles rocking up to the 9 people staying in the 4 person villa next to me to do drug deals was the clincher. I left after the first night of a supposed 12 night stay and paid my own way until the company chipped in. I am surprised the local Police don't have a permanent presence here as the drug culture, is so overt. If you camped under a flooded bridge would be more preferable than this hell-hole. In summary:- a disgusting cesspit, stay clear.

Was a very good place to park up for a few nights, Was Quiet and the park was very clean and tidy, Great Value for Money and was Close to all that was needed .. Definitely Will Be Back on my next trip...

We walked in to our cabin and walk back out went to reception for a refund could not stay there the room was filthy dirt and had a very bad smell in it looks like a 3rd world trailer park we could not get a refund but we could not stay there my wife was in tears although the lady in reception was nice she did apologise and tried to help there was no way we could stay rather sleep in the car very disappointing should be bulldozed
