My experience was excellent, the lovely young lady I had was marvellous and helped make me feel at ease. It helped to remove a lot of blockages (within my bowel and within my inner self) it helped make me feel hydrated and I feel light, airy and great!!

Colonics can be a very strange experience but the lovely lady at Jindalee was great! She was informative, explaining the process which helped ease my nerves (first time!) and it was a relaxing environment & felt very comfortable. I'll recommend A1 to anyone who will listen! 😀

I am feeling so much better after my appointment, my bloating has gone down dramatically and I have so much energy! I went to Jindalee and was made to feel so comfortable and the technician was there to guide me all the way and answered all my questions! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Sorry for posting a bit late . One of the best service you could get at any centre . Got my services done by Jamie and Rachel . They both are amazing.
Jamie is such an incredible woman she makes you feel like home . I find her extremely comfortable . She helped with all her advice and skills to get back on track with my gut issues .
