Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was fantastic from the cleanliness of the cabins to the amazing staff to the fabulous amenities and children's play areas. Everything awesome. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone

We stayed in a powered caravan site. We loved the way each site was designed to offer as much privacy as possible with gardens containing tall tropical-looking plants on each side and at the back of the site.
The bathrooms were the best we have ever seen. Really well thought out, especially for families.

Had a lovely stay at soldiers point! We stayed during winter and the indoor pool was brilliant for the kids! They also loved the park.
Also enjoyed a walk a small beach which was really nearby and easy walking distance.
The main toilet and shower block was brilliant! Heated floors and mirrors so the room dried out instantly following a shower. It was so warm in there.
We made the mistake of booking an en-suite pitch which I wouldn’t recommend in winter. There is no heat in there and the extractor fan doesn’t pull enough water/moisture out. Despite only quick showers, the room stayed wet the whole time (walls, floors, toilet etc) from condensation. It was so wet and damp in there we couldn’t really use it. Thankfully the main toilet block made up for this! We’d definitely return.

Great campground, a lot of things to do around . Also, kids loved the inside pool . We have stayed here twice and both times it was fun! Campground kept clean and tidy. We will be back for sure ?

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in Oct.2024. We stayed in Kentia Cabin K21. Our cabin was very close to the VERY NOISY indoor heated pool's motor/filter/generator which ran 24/7.
We had no peace & quite. We had to close our door just to hear the television and closed our windows at night to sleep.
Disappointed and a waste of money for us - we paid $657 for the 3 nights. The park was aware of the noise problem & offered no refund to us.
Sick and tired of the greedy money hungry companies that happily take your money but don't keep there side of the deal. The park has a "quite time" between 10pm and 8am. This park did not adhere to it's own rules!
Only stay here if you can get a cabin FAR AWAY from that noisy heated pool motor.

I had a terrible experience at the reception of this BIG4 INGENIA HOLIDAY . After driving 3 hours with my 3 kids, we arrived an hour early for check-in and needed to use the toilet. The receptionist refused to let us use the facilities until we officially checked in and instead told us to find someone else’s toilet. This was extremely inconvenient and unprofessional, especially given the circumstances. Hospitality should come with some basic courtesy—very disappointing start to our trip.

Booked the powered site during winter (off peak period). Amenities specifically were top notch. Shower and toilet in a private room & very clean. Facilities were amazing too. We were amazed with the Bowling Alley that needed to be booked prior. Besides the usual outdoor pool with slides, it has an indoor heated pool too, great for all ages! Other than that, they have Pedal Cart to hire, huge Ball Pit area for kids under 5, well maintained Playground, Jumping Pad and Kids Clubroom for their daily activity program. Bring you fishing gear, we caught some fishes at Soldiers Point Jetty which is just across the Holiday park. Staffs were friendly and helpful too. We will definitely comeback here again!
