I visited Sydney Showground by accident during Comic-Con and was blown away by the experience!

Arrived with a family member to find hundreds of excited attendees, which shows just how popular this place is. Despite having pre-purchased tickets, it took almost an hour to get in, but the wait was worth it.

The atmosphere inside was electric, with everyone in great spirits, appreciating each other’s costumes. Tons of stalls featured comic merchandise, from stickers to collectibles, and there were fun stage shows throughout.
Celebrities were present, too, with long lines for photos.
Overall, it was a delightful surprise and a truly buzzing event. No wonder it was sold out both days!

The Sydney Easter show was awesome. Kids loved it. Food and games galore. Colourful and very extravagant. Great to spend time with family and friends.

I had a good time in Easter holiday here.
Ticket for 45$. Parking fee 35
So many food shop. Flower, clothes, entertainment, sheep, chicken ?, horse show....
One thing I feel is no good is hotdog.
i ate 3 hotdog from 2 shop, no goood ay all but expensive.
Recommend don't eat corn hotdog.

Amazing for large events. We went for Aus Comic Con we had a blast the only issue I found was the fact parents with babies had to share the disabled toilets, when I went in the toilet had someones full catheter bag in the toilet and urine everywhere. I know the venue can't monitor this but maybe having an area set up for a clean space would be extreamly appreciated.

Perhaps busiest during the Easter Show ?, which is a fabulously fun (but expensive) experience.

? Of course the vendors vary by year, but expect a selection of interesting things on a stick.

? The showground gets crowded, but I've rarely had to queue for a toilet, which I consider quite a triumph!

? The rides (at current) work with a credit card-like card with a QR code. It's easy to blow a lot of money, fast. Aim to visit on a day with a deal if you're a keen rider.

? Animals are where it's at! Get up close to all your faves. There are heaps of 'do not touch signs', so head to the areas where a meet & greet is encouraged.

Don't miss the wood chopping competition!

? If you need a rest, head for the area near the Olympic cauldron. There is a kid's playground and lots of benches/picnic tables closer to the Food Dome.

Well done to the organisers and people involved to bring us the Easter show. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Went extra early and really enjoyed the exhibitions, rides, food and above all the show bags!!! A fun day for the family.

Came here for the Easter show. Was pretty disappointed. The line was so long, 20 minutes. The place itself was extremely dirty, no one bothering to clean it up. Everything was overpriced. I guess that's kind of expected, but come on. Also, there were people smoking and vaping. And not very good for people with claustrophobia as there were so many people. The only actual good memory made on this day was the lunch show. The bikes were so cool and so where the other things!.
