I went to the Jurassic World exhibition, which happened at this place around 8 months ago. The exhibition is good and it has almost realistic structures of dinosaurs. Some robots are moving, which is very cool, and they explain to you about each of them. They do the tour as a story.

Well, sadly, it's a bit expensive and doesn't go very long. I mean, paying $60 for just over thirty minutes doesn't seem like the best deal.

So I would prefer to give a 3.5 review but let's give 4, moving towards the higher end.

Didn't put too much expectations to this Egypt VR experience. Especially after visiting the actual site did not look attractive at all. The decorations could of been better.

In saying that, the actual VR experience was AMAZING. Walking and overseeing Egypt and get to ride up to see the top of the Pyramid was SUPER cool.
Almost felt like you on a magic carpet ride. Some scenes felt like you were floating in the air. Or you are at the edge of a cliff. Is almost like you are actually there.

Don't just look what's in front of you, look everywhere.
If you walk into the little tunnel, see if you can find a black cat. Won't tell you where it is.

The VR machine is a little heavy, so turning your head slowly can prevent hurting your neck.

Awesome experience and totally worth the try.

Highly recommend to visit Horizon of Khufu !!!

We did the "Horizon of Khufu," which was a virtual reality experience of ancient Egypt. It is fabulous and a must-see. Don't miss it. I did not believe that it would be as good as it was. I feel as if I have actually been there now, and I have never been. "Do It"

We were there to attend the Dinos Alive event. There’s quite a bit of walking from the car park and there did not seem to be signage to show the directions so Google map was what we relied on.

As we were about to get in and through New England Ave, the security staff was fully yelling at us “Gate 4 not Gate 10” in an unnecessary rude tone. My kids froze didn’t know what had happened.

I don’t understand what made him so rude and angry to yell at families with kids. It was supposed to be a happy day that kids get to see their favorite dinosaurs but instead, being yelled at with no reason before we even get in. My 7 yo even asked me on our way back why that guy was so rude and angry.

To the security staff who was on duty at Gate 10 at 2.20pm Sunday 6th Oct: Your attitude was terrible and abusive. I hope you don’t yell at kids in your family like that.

The Jurassic World Exhibition was so fun ! I had a great time and thought it was so interesting. But maybe if you’re not really into the movies or the whole “Disney World shows experience” then it’s not really for you. The exhibition itself does seem to be quite short so do spend the time to look and interact with everything. Some advice to newcomers: some rooms are opened to let in certain amounts of people for a show and there will be a lot of people in the room so try to stay close to the doors when waiting for them to be opened so you can get better spots to see the dinosaurs (especially Blue). The souvenir shop was so cute I literally wanted to buy everything !!
I also got a strawberry milkshake at the cafe but it was straight up just strawberry milk which was a little disappointing since it was quite expensive ?.
But it was definitely a great experience and I def recommend for people with kids of any age and couples ! Just maybe don’t order the milkshakes ?.

No photos.... Can't take pics through the virtual reality visors.
Definitely a must visit.

My friends and I travelled down to Sydney for the Jurassic World Exhibition and it was so amazing!! The team at the attraction made our experience that much more exciting and were genuinely happy to be a part of the action. The gift shop was filled with lots of wonderful things from pencils to books, postcards and magnets, posters and T-shirts, figurines and plush toys. Thanks so much for bringing this attraction to Sydney, I had the best time!
