Popped into this lovely cafe while exploring Kirribilli recently. The market was not open contrary to what was indicated on Maps, but this place was a great choice too!

I ordered a black coffee and taco rice for my brunch. The taco rice is spicy (but manageable for me), with lots of lettuce and avocado. There’s an onsen egg on top that’s a bit more cooked than expected but still good for me.

If you are concerned on the chili, you can request to have it on the side! There’s also other Japanese dishes like Niki udon and tan tan noodles that you can try!

Will be back here next time while visiting the weekend market!

Having been to the Marrickville restaurant I came here on a whim.

The cod Roe toastie was delicious as always. The udon soup noodle was great. Smashing down the noodle and soup on a cold winters day was really good. Everything just fit and it was great.

A nice cafe infused with Japanese style cuisine elements.
Friendly staff and good service.
The salmon congee was amazing yet a bit pricey when you add up the 15% holiday surcharge.
Coffee was great too!

Excellent local cafe in Kirribilli (along with sister cafe, Kurumac in Marickville) serving up really delicious food. The taco rice, Niki udon, Tan Tan udon and eggplant katsu sando are top notch. It can get very busy, especially at weekends, so be prepared for a 1015 minute wait for a table. Having eaten here multiple times, I can vouch for the consistent quality of the food they serve up. Service is always friendly and efficient.

Amazing food and service, I requested for soy milk last minute since I forgot to ask earlier, the waiter was very kind and they remade the drink so quickly. I know this can be annoyance but it was very sweet of them to listen to my request☺️

Our dishes were simple but phenomenally enjoyable. We'll definitely be back to try more. The coffee was strong and rich.
All that was missing was some sun for our Sunday winter breakfast but they'd need to shift to the other side of the road for that!!

I love this cafe. The people who work there are warm, friendly, and take pride in their work. The food is great, I can’t think of another menu like it. Although, I pretty much only ever get the taco rice. I quit coffee, but when I drank it I always loved getting it there. My girlfriend always gets different things and she loves it too, as a chef she knows her stuff.

Pricing wise, I think it’s very reasonable, and my heart goes out to cafes and restaurants honestly who often are barely making money, so I’m sure they’re being very thoughtful to their customers.

Went out for brunch on a weekday at this cozy cafe near Milson Point train station. Food is prepared fresh to order so could take up to 10-15mins even if the place wasn’t busy. Both the taco rice and eggplant katsu sando were delicious and well flavoured. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to try Japanese infused brunch options.
