A great, peaceful location for a weekend away by the water. We stayed at the luxury waterfront king room, which has stunning views of Church Point. The complex has a casual bar and restaurant downstairs, as well as a kiosk serving coffee and bacon & egg rolls for breakfast. There’s a nearby corner shop for other amenities and a ferry stop to explore the surrounding area. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a well-stocked bar for evening treats. A regular who will be visiting again and again!

Gorgeous location! This isn't our first visit here, but unfortunately, the service has really gone downhill. It took forever to get our drinks and meals, and they kept getting sent to the wrong tables. We literally had to try to make eye contact or walk up to staff just to ask for our drinks. The joy of the location and atmosphere was completely overshadowed by the lack of service. The food was good, but for the $220 we spent for two people, I expected much more efficient service. The cocktails were pretty mediocre and served in tiny glasses—definitely not worth the $22 price tag. Overall, the biggest letdown was the service; it was quite disappointing for a place that tries to present itself as fancy. I've traveled across many countries, and I've never encountered such unfriendly and disinterested service in my life.

We stayed at the Pasadena for 2 nights for little getaway with a friend of mine. It was the most beautiful water location with views looking out to Scotland Island from our room.
The Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help us and made our stay extra special.
We would like especially to thank Luci, lea and Paris for their great hospitality and making our stay memorable.
We definitely recommend the Pasadena.

We recently had our wedding at Pasadena. We had the most incredible night!! We cannot stop talking about our special day and neither can our guests. From start to finish Pasadena were incredible. A huge thank you to Jess and Jaz for your support in making our vision come to life. Thank you for keeping me at ease with all the planning and many questions I had with your helpfulness and calmness!! Everything was placed exactly where we had requested in the room, everything that we had requested on the night was executed perfectly by the staff. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. The accommodation upstairs was so convenient for us and our guests, as well as being immaculate. Thank you again for ensuring our day was as phenomenal as it was.

We stayed at Pasadena recently, a brief winter vacation. The staff were super friendly; a special shout out to Lucy. The premises was aesthetic and nicely maintained. The grounds are waterfront and face Scotland Island, and there is a nice grocery / general store and local eateries, public and private wharves, and the hotel’s nice restaurant. Parking is available, convenient and there are private bays reserved for guests. Great stay, we’ll be back!

What a wonderful venue for our daughters wedding. Magnificent views by the water. Food was excellent. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Guest staying upstairs after the wedding found it really convenient. Our daughter and son in law had the most magical day.

Great way to spend our last night in NSW.
Fantastic location, wonderful room with spectacular views to take in for hours.
Building and room were accessed via one access code on keypads and this suited us due to a late arrival. For a small fee parking was available via remote access with all details supplied by the staff at the complex.

While the view and atmosphere are fantastic, the food is just decent, and the hospitality leaves much to be desired. Given the price of the food, I expected better service. The front staff seemed unfamiliar with the menu, and our entrée was initially delivered to the wrong table. The waiter then blamed a colleague for not setting up the table properly. When the burrata finally arrived, it looked as if it had barely survived an apocalypse—we had to rearrange it just to take a photo. However, the crudo was surprisingly good.
