Choosing to get married at Waldara Farm was easily the best decision we made. Everything about the venue is perfect and we truly believe that our day was as special as it was because of this place. We had non-stop questions from our guests on how we had found such an incredible venue.

Bec and the team at Waldara are amazing to work with and couldn't have made the whole process any easier. They go above and beyond in every aspect possible and are a credit to the farm.

Bec, the wedding venue manager, deserves special recognition for her outstanding dedication and expertise. She truly embodies what it means to be a great wedding venue manager. Bec was always available to offer her expert opinion and assistance, and her attention to detail was impeccable. Her contributions were instrumental in making our dream wedding a reality.

Our families and friends haven't stopped complimenting us on how incredible our wedding was, and we owe much of that praise to the venue and the Waldara team. From the stunning location to the flawless execution of every detail, Waldara Farm exceeded our expectations in every way.

Clint and I are immensely grateful to the entire Waldara team for their hard work and dedication. Our wedding day was truly magical, and we know we couldn't have achieved that without Waldara Farm. Choosing to celebrate our special day at Waldara Farm in Oberon was undoubtedly the best decision we made, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I've photographed weddings at Waldara Farm a number of times and I just love this wedding venue. It is perfectly set up for weddings and it does them really really well.
There are two large houses onsite, so couples can easliy get ready and not see each other. There are a number of beautiful ceremony locations to choose from. They also have a great wet weather backup for the ceremony as well.
Waldara Farm is awesome for wedding photos. It is a massive property so there is no shortage of beautiful locations. And the reception space is rustic and beautiful and everything you would want in a country wedding.
The other thing that sets it apart is how wonderful and helpful the staff are. They are always amazing. Highly recommend this venue if you are looking for a destination country wedding.

In terms of Dream Wedding Venues, it doesn't get much better than Waldara Farm. This place honestly has it all. The Barn, the Homesteads, the Gardens. It's all stunning and so well maintained. From a photography perspective this place is just magical with a beautiful view every direction you turn. Not to mention Bec is the Greatest Venue Coordinator I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She took so much pressure and stress off the couple so they could just relax and enjoy their Wedding Day. Trust me you won't regret making the trip out to Waldara for your special Wedding Day!

My Husband and I could not have picked a more stunning venue for our wedding!

When we made our initial inquiries the staff were quick to respond and answered all of our questions. On the day we had booked to come and look at the venue, the staff showed us around, explained different ways we could set up the reception hall & different places that are usually set up for the ceremony. They also provided us with the details of some great vendors eg. caterers, bus hire company for guests etc

We had to postpone our date due to COVID restrictions in 2020. The staff were extremely supportive, quick to respond and carried over a deal that had applied to our initial date.

When we arrived at Waldara the day before our wedding the staff walked us through and set up our reception hall so that we would have less to think about on the day.
It was so lovely spending the night before our wedding with our bridal party, the two homes onsite are absolutely stunning and created such a great atmosphere of fun and excitement!

The day of our wedding ran so smoothly, the venue manager made sure our ceremony space, cocktail hour space and reception hall were set up perfectly and kept the day running to schedule (I really didn't have to think about a single thing other than enjoying the day).

We received so many compliments from our guests about how stunning the venue is.
Our photos are absolutely gorgeous.
We had the most wonderful, stress free day.

Staying the extra night after our wedding was so relaxing (the pool spa was amazing).

We could not recommend this stunning venue more!

We had our Wedding at Waldara Farm in June 2023 and it was the best decision we ever made!

The venue grounds were stunning and immaculately kept which made for great photos and created a dreamy vibe. Because the grounds and venue is so beautiful we hardly added any further decorations which helped us drastically save on costs. We were expecting low winter temperatures but this was not a concern as the venue had plenty of outdoor heaters, blankets and an outdoor fire.

Our bridal party totalling 17 stayed on the property for 3 nights. The rooms were beautifully made with plenty of ammenities and utilities from the large fridge spaces to the stacks of fire wood.

Bec, Amy and the team were fantastic on the day and in the year/months building up. Their knowledge of the venue and weddings in general was invaluable as was their advice which was bespoke as to how we wanted the wedding to run. Their tireless work in the background and attention to detail ensured everything was ready for the big day and that it ran smoothly. The Waldara team provided everything including suggested vendors, lead in- milestone checklists, run sheet templates and much more.

Overall we were blown away by our experience and also shocked at how affordable Waldara was given how beautiful it is, the support we received and how much was included in the package compared to other venues.

A fantastic place and would highly recommend.
