I called Aspire stressing as I received a butchered haircut from another salon that I needed fixed asap. The girls accepted me straight away for the same day and Belinda was so kinda and talked me through the whole process on what she was doing to fix my hair. I left the salon so happy and confident. I really couldn’t recommend this salon enough!

The staff always offer beautiful service, they’re accomodating with appointment scheduling and the products and styling are amazing. I have curly hair which is not always easy to manage and yet Jenna always gives the most incredible cuts. I always leave feeling wonderful!

Belinda and her team went above and beyond expectations. We arrived in Bathurst the day before my graduation ceremony and in my disorganisation I did not think about my hair ( not to mention that I didn’t see a hairdresser for 2 years ‍♀️). Once Belinda understood the situation not only made space for my self but also for my son and my husband. She is a very talented artist that welcomed us with a smile and made our experience incredibly pleasant from start to end. If you happen to be in Bathurst and your hair needs a fabulous cuddle do your self a favour and book a treatment at Aspire 🙂

Over the last year my teenage (near adult) children have been to Aspire for haircuts on several occasions. The haircuts have been good however the scheduling never seemed quite ok, we often had to wait before being attended to. The last time we went to Aspire I had booked in for 2 haircuts with the same young hairdresser who my kids had seen before. The appt was for my son and my daughter. My son could not attend the appt, so I arrived with my daughter and asked if it would be ok for myself to have the haircut appt instead (just a quick trim), which I was told would be ok. We sat and waited patiently for over an hour before asking how much longer it might be. In this time, we noticed the young hairdresser who we were booked in with was working on other customers. She seemed to be fussing esp. around a young girl and her ponytail hairdo - many variations of a ponytail were attempted until it was 'just so', as well as a lady who appeared to have needed a major color correction. In the meantime, we waited, and understandably (I believe) started to get impatient around the 1.5 hours of waiting. BTW at NO point did the young hairdresser we were booked in with approach us, apologize for the wait, or acknowledge us in any way. In retrospect we should have just left. Around the 1 hour and 45 minute mark, my daughter was finally taken to a chair, where she waited again. The owner, Belinda, asked me if I would like her to cut my hair, which she did and the cut was fine. The young hairdresser we were originally booked in with was then pulled aside by Belinda and spoken with, after which she went to my daughter and cut her hair. After the slow and fastidious service she had rendered to the other customers in the salon while we waited, in contrast my daughters haircut took just 12 minutes. Afterwards my daughter told me that the young hairdresser did not apologize for the long wait, hardly spoke with her, was brisk and borderline rude. We finally walked out of the Aspire salon 2 hours and 15 mins after we had walked in, with two expensive haircuts. When my daughter and I compared notes on the experience we just found it strange - why had that young hairdresser been so dismissive and rude to us? We did not feel valued as customers. For this reason, we cannot recommend Aspire and will not go back to Aspire or actually any salon in Bathurst where that particular young hairdresser may work in the future.

Yesterday I got a beautiful Balayage done to my hair, I was so nervous but Lucy, Belinda & Jenna were absolutely awesome, & made me feel right at home, with complementary tea & coffee, a massage chair whilst washing my hair out & a couple laughs, I will certainly coming back! Thank you ladies ?
