The room was clean and tidy. King Bed was comfortable. The furniture was slightly outdated but it did the job. Customer service was questionable. Reception wasn't friendly, no smile or warmth, just asked abruptly, "What can I do for you?". Went for breakfast and the waitress was just as rude. The waitress appeared stressed at having to serve everyone on her own so I don't blame her really. Mantra Bathurst saving grace was the cleaning staff who were friendly and approachable. They offered to bring a microwave to our room after seeing we had purchased food externally.

Clean rooms that are comfortable and well appointed. It's a little far from the CBD. The second floor has no elevator so you may have to lug your bags upstairs. If you have any mobility issues request a ground floor room.

The hotel changed name to Littomore hotel. We stayed at the other Littomore in town before. Great staff and comfortable bed. There are microwave and toaster in room which is very handy for breakfast.

Concierge lady extremely rude. Breakfast with old and cold food, fruits were off. Room service didn't even vaccum the floor. Definitely not coming back and we didn't think worth the money we pay at all. We had a better service in other Motels unbranded ones.

We only stayed one night but the room was adequate, clean and comfortable.|Surprisingly with the location so close to the main road the room was quiet.|The amenities were clean the bed was comfortable and the staff were accomodating. We had no issues with the hotel and the Desk Manager without any hesitation gave us a late check out which was very much appreciated.|The Mantra is worth the stay having stayed in many hotels in the Bathurst region.

My husband & I enjoyed a 2-night stay at Mantra Bathurst recently. The only fault we could find was maybe to update the Air Conditioners as they appear quite old & we didn't feel much warmth (glad we weren't there in Winter Brrr)!! Other than that the Breakfast (which was included) was wonderful & more than enough for any Traveller, & the Staff were happy to accommodate us with our requests. The view having Breakfast was breath-taking!! The Check in/out was stress free & the Staff were very friendly & helpful. We would def stay there again but only in Summer ha ha!!

Our first time at this Mantra. The room was excellent (which is the Mantra norm). We had also been upgraded because of our member status. The restaurant however was very much below what we have come to expect from Accor. Our meals were served luke warm on cold plates and my sirloin steak was almost inedible.

Great stay in Bathurst.|This motel is well equiped. Comfy beds and a selection of pillows. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, some rooms can be a little difficult to get to if you are a little unstady on your feet - so request ground floor rooms. Rooms are quiet.|The onsite restauraunt is great. A nice variety of meals to choose from with an excellent view.
