An absolutely wonderful hotel that I would highly recommend. The rooms are so spacious, immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. |We had the dinner and breakfast package and the food was delicious, thank you to the chefs!|The staff were all so friendly and helpful. |The location is slightly outside of the centre, but this means it is nice and peaceful. We were able to park our car in the hotel car park (£8 for 24hrs) & walk along the Dockside into town. ||My only negative would be that the outside of the windows desperately need cleaning! This did not impact on our stay at all though.

I recently visited the Titanic Hotel to attend a conference and was impressed by many aspects of the property. The ambience was excellent, the location is convenient, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The food was also very good, which added to the overall experience.

However, my stay was slightly overshadowed by the reception staff's attitude. Unfortunately, they came across as rude and unhelpful, particularly when I asked for directions. A little politeness or even a simple smile can make a huge difference, and I was disappointed that this was lacking.

Overall, the hotel itself is fantastic, but I hope management can work on improving the reception staff's approach to guest interactions. It would elevate the experience to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

Enjoyed a great stay at this superior hotel. From the minute we arrived for our three night stay it was a welcoming place. About 35 mins walk from Albert Dock this hotel is in a very interesting building, formerly a rum warehouse in the Docklands with dark brooding furnishings and lighting. Very very comfortable with a fabulous ESPA spa in the basement, available to book and at an extra charge. Evening meal was excellent, hot and cold buffet food at breakfast plentiful and lots of choice. One small point was the hot buffet was not as hot as it should have been but it was rectified without fuss by the very helpful service staff - my advice is just ask as I should have done on the first morning. Rooms, ours was a superior twin on the 4th floor, and was the biggest room I have ever stayed in, but with the smallest bed. One small suggestion - two larger doubles would easily fit in here and make it even better?‍♀️ Huge thanks to ALL at the Titanic for a lovely stay, the dining and bar staff, the ladies on Reception - and to Tina for a fab facial, to Davy & John for their expertise and help with directions, taxi ordering etc. They both went above and beyond. And special thanks to Johnny the cabbie for a most interesting chatty transit to the airport. Looking forward to another visit sometime soon.

We had an excellent stay, the hotel is beautiful & rooms are very spacious & comfortable. The Spa is gorgeous & extremely calm & relaxing. However, what makes the hotel are the staff. Especially, Connor, who checked us in, Lucy, on spa reception & Molly, the fantastic therapist, who gave me a wonderful facial. They were pleasant, professional and a credit to the hotel.|We will definitely return!

We spent a night at the Titanic Hotel while visiting Liverpool for two days. It seemed like the most interesting and quality hotel for the price in the area, and we weren't disappointed. We chose the breakfast-included option, and it offered a great selection with a buffet – I left feeling very full!

The room itself was huge, but we were unexpectedly upgraded, which was a lovely touch. It had everything you'd want – a spacious, very clean room with a really comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well (even in September), and the room featured artwork that connected to the hotel's history as a former warehouse for the company that built the Titanic.

The surrounding area is quiet, and if you're like us and enjoy walking, it's about a 20-minute walk to the main part of Liverpool. This certainly helped us get our steps in, but it might be a bit far for some. Another thing to note is that the corridors are very large but dimly lit, which could be problematic for people with poor eyesight.

The staff were welcoming and pleasant, and the 11 a.m. checkout time was appreciated. One issue I think they should address is the parking fee of £8 per day, which seems a bit unfair considering how far the hotel is from the city centre and the likelihood that most people will need to drive.

That said, I'd absolutely love to stay here again – it was perfect for a couple's city break. Although we didn't try the spa, it looked fantastic too.
