I used to go to Saltuary in Five Dock for a sauna and float, but the facilities at City Cave are even better. Incredible to have this sanctuary so close to home! Such a beautiful space. We did the Couples Wellness Package so a sauna, float (the best I’ve had; straight to sleep), and a divine massage from Bella and Brandon. Brandon was particularly excellent about my sciatica. Cannot wait for our next visit!

I had an excellent experience at City Cave Liverpool! From the moment we arrived, the staff member on shift was so informative and welcoming, setting a positive tone for the visit. We were offered a lovely tea before heading into the sauna, which was a thoughtful touch that added to the relaxing atmosphere.

After the float, I was impressed by the excellent selection of cosmetics available—definitely a great perk! Wow! From start to finish the whole experience was amazing. Such beautiful friendly staff made the services and environment even more incredible. Firstly thank you to the beautiful Angela for fitting me in the same day was so kind and helpful! Delicious tea and relaxation area so pretty very well kept feels like a sanctuary. Absolutely loved my massage with Vesna what a beautiful soul and woman she knew exactly where to release tension for me. Mark thankfully and kindly guided me through the treatments with his knowledge gave me the most out of the experiences. I loved the infrared sauna perfect how you can tune your own sound and play with the light therapy ? lastly the float tank was wonderful, seriously such incredible benefits inside and out I really appreciate everyone at this place. The refresh area is full of goodies to refresh yourself after, so thoughtful! Will definitely be back and have found the perfect gift for loved ones ? complete wellness pack was a great success

First time going here and it was such an amazing experience. I purchased the couple float package with massage, sauna and float session and was super relaxing and definitely will be coming back. The staff were very kind and explained every treatment clearly. Felt very comfortable with our own privacy. 🙂
