This hotel has so many pluses. For starters, a fantastic location. Right near Pitt Street Mall, QVB and Darling Harbour and the light rail. The decor is quirky and original, it feels very warm and inviting. We stayed in a twin room, which was well thought out and practical. I was surprised how exceedingly quiet it was for being right in the centre of the city. We used room service a couple of times and both times it was fast and delicious. Every staff member we encountered was helpful and cheerful. Definitely a place I would stay again.

What an absolutely incredible stay! From the moment we checked in, the staff were nothing short of spectacular. They were so accommodating, especially when it came to our request for an interconnecting room for my elderly mother and me. This trip was a tough one, as we were marking the one-year anniversary of my Dad's funeral, and I wanted to distract Mum by taking her to see Nobuo Uematsu at the State Theatre, conveniently located right next door. ||The location couldn’t have been better, and the rooms? Wow. They were spacious, with a chic art deco vibe that brought back memories of the 70s for Mum, but with a fresh, modern twist. The king bed was unbelievably comfortable, and though we didn’t touch the minibar, it was impressively stocked. The bathrooms were just as wonderful—clean, stylish, and comfortable.||We decided to order room service, and it did not disappoint. Mum had a sandwich and some perfectly seasoned shoestring fries, which she loved, and I had the chicken sandwich—again, absolutely delicious. The speed of service was fantastic, and every bite was a little comfort we didn’t know we needed.||But what really made the stay special was the staff. From the welcoming faces at the front door to the friendly staff we encountered in the lift, every interaction was warm and helpful. They genuinely made us feel at ease and went above and beyond from check-in to check-out. Special shoutout to everyone from Saturday afternoon to Monday morning—you were all brilliant, and you lifted our hearts.||The entire experience, along with the concert, brought a bit of lightness to what could have been a very heavy day. We felt relaxed, comfortable, and truly cared for. I can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you’re looking for accommodation in Sydney, don’t hesitate. I’d give this place 100/10 and will stay here again.

Stayed for two night for a friends wedding. We regularly stay at the Melbourne QT, but this was my first stay at QT Sydney. The location is fantastic, very central to shopping, restaurants, tourist attractions etc. The hotel's aesthetic is eccentric and moody, which I love - mindful, but never demure. Our room was standard in size with a comfortable bed and pair of comfy chairs. The bathroom was generous, with a half-sized tub - but the open shower made showering an exciting exercise in trying (and failing) not to spray water everywhere. Staff were friendly, especially the girl blowing bubbles at the front door all day Friday. |I would be very happy to stay again the next time we are in Sydney.

Absolutely fantastic experience at QT Sydney! The staff were warm, attentive and made us feel incredibly welcome. The quirky and stylish decor added a unique charm to the entire stay. Our room was clean and beautifully designed with luxurious amenities and a bed so comfortable I didn’t want to leave! My jaw dropped when I saw the bath!!! The in-house dining was top-notch. I can't recommend QT Sydney enough for anyone looking for a blend of luxury and personality in the heart of the city. Five stars all the way!

Stayed here for a work trip, hotel is exceptional and the location is hard to beat. Was allocated a room in the Gowings Building and it was amazing. Rooms are large with a huge bathroom.

Easy access from the building directly to market street which takes you straight to street level, you don’t need to go via reception.

Had breakfast in the French restaurant, service was great but the food was a tad pedestrian.

Amazing place to stay. Great location.
Room was fantastic. I was on the 9th floor, so quiet. Bed was like sleeping on the perfect cloud.
Staff were kind and friendly.

Loved this hotel! Quirky and stylish. Great service. Arrived early and the team were helpful, storing our bags all day and having them ready in the room on arrival. The room was larger than any other ‘standard’ room I’ve had which was nice. Amenities great and bed super comfortable. Love that the toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom but the gap in the door meant you could hear and smell… well… everything. Heard plumbing sounds constantly, too so suggest ear plugs. Would definitely stay here again despite these few things.

One of the BEST hotels we’ve stayed at in Sydney. It’s a quirky, comfortable and fun place to stay in; with eclectic decor and really funky vibes. In the heart of Sydney CBD so easy to access shops, restaurants and the city sights. We picked it for one of out staycations and we would stay again!
