Amazing location and views, literally the beach is across the road. Rooms were clean though a bit small, beds are comfortable. Starter pack of amenities only includes 2 bar soaps and 1 toilet paper roll, kinda just enough for 3 people for 3 nights. Note: there’s no shampoo and conditioners included and the rug in living room is a trip hazard.

Great location and super friendly staff. Very reasonable prices. We'll be back next time we're in Coolangatta. Thanks Jess!

Just some constructive feedback... If someone is staying for multiple nights (we were six), it would be nice to have enough basics to cover that period of time. We only had one toilet roll, one sachet of washing powder, no cooking oil etc. Our first outing after arriving late the night before was to the supermarket for said basics.

The apartment was comfortable and the views were spectacular. The staff were amazing and Jess went over and beyond to make out stay memorable. We could hire beach equipment and when we were stuck for a ride to the airport she made sure we got there on time. This was greatly appreciated, so we highly recommend Eden Tower for anyone to enjoy a holiday.

We just want to say a big thank you to Jess for a wonderful stay. Jess is an amazing host. The beach location is fantastic with great cafes just steps away. The apartment was very clean and a good amount of space with ocean views. We will definitely return. Thank you Jess.

The 1 bedroom standard apt on level 2 was spotlessly clean, very comfy bed and good size bathroom with washer/dryer. No soap holder in the shower was annoying but the worst minus was the uncomfortable lounge chairs..we resorted to putting cushions from the bed onto the lounge..still not that good.

Our stay at Eden Tower was lovely.
We arrived late due to unstable weather conditions and the managers Troy & Jess could not have been more helpful and quickly helped us settle in.
We were extremely happy with our unit, it was clean, tidy, quiet and had beautiful views.
Location was excellent, everything we needed was within walking distance.
The pool was perfect after visiting the beach and our little niece loved it.
The grounds and gardens were well kept and nice.
The managers obviously take pride in looking after this older unit block as it has so much to offer.
Troy & Jess were also extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay - we were so pleased. They were organised and well prepared.
We look forward to visiting again with our family soon.

We haved been staying at Een Towers at various times over the past 8 years. What a delight to find it is now managed by a dynamic young couple who have performed wonders on giving it a facelift. Jess is a delight to deal with and our apartment has magnificient views across from the beach. Handy to the shops and cafe. We couldn't ask for more. Free wi-fi and streaming television has been added since our last stay. We will be back.
