If I had a choice I would give them 0 stars,

If you’re a local, you can’t stay there more than a night, locals have to pay $100 bond, they will kick you out after one night.
We couldn’t have a shower as the water was cold, waited 2 hours then when I called to get a refund, they said wait for plumber, waited and another 40mins still nothing, called front office to demand a refund, she said that I being aggressive, Finally told me we will give you a refund, walked to the office to get my cash back, she told me no cash when I said thank and please understand why I’m frustrated, she rolled her eyes, went the next day and the manager told me no cash kept here and banned me from going there again. 5 days later still no cash.

Manager was rude and arrogant, there more then 50 hotel in penrith, to get treated like that when I’m a loyal guest, it’s not right. I hope you guys don’t treat other guests the was I was treated.

The absence of neatness and cleanliness was clear all through the place. The room was dusty and the beddings seemed not have been worked on for a while. There was not so much as a solitary paper towel to dry my hands after washing them. This degree of messiness is inadmissible.

Surprised even though had a microwave, toaster & tea making did not have bowls to serve cereal to children or plates to serve takeaway meal I purchased for children. I booked into here because it was a budget motel but not able to feed the children with meal I provided due to lack of plates, etc it became a very expensive exercise. Room was wonderful, bed so comfortable & even though situated on a main road & right next to hotel, it was very quiet. Will come again but must bring my own cutlery & plates.

After spending a night at the hotel, I can confidently say that it was not the best. From the stained carpets to the dusty furniture, everything in the room seemed like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Even the bathroom had a musty smell and dirty tiles. What happened to cleaniliness?

This was a 11th hour booking for an appointment I had in the area, I'd booked elsewhere however the booking fell through which was disappointing, however I'm very happy I ended up booking this place. I received a call from a lady from reception, I'm sorry I forgot her name, however super halpful by calling regarding my possible late check-in & tell me about Sydney Water doing work out the front, which was no hassle at all.
The room was not to bad gave it a four out of five as it was very clean and well appointed, the room is getting a little dated, but all things considered I would stay again. Lastly being set back from the road it was quiet with a nice little garden area in the centre to sit and relax. I'll be booking again when I need to come back in 6 months.
