Booked this apartment 2 nights in a row spontaneously because of how affordable, clean and nice the rooms are since my AC at home isn't working. Was very pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem in Penrith. I also had a very pleasant experience with Toa in reservations/front desk. She is incredibly helpful, professional and sweet, being patient with my silly requests and questions. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent Hotel, staff are all accommodating.
Cleaners are friendly and do excellent job.
The rooms are very nice.
I stayed in disabled room which had great bathroom. Kitchen could do with a couple of changes to meet people in wheel chairs.

This was one of the best hotels i have stayed in.
The room was well laid out and had everything you could need.
Fantastic shower, bed, pillows, kitchen accessories.
Spacious bathroom with long shelf.
Free laundry with washing liquid also amazing

Great room. Everything was provided. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Air conditioning was lovely. Very clean and modern. Bathroom was stunning and the shower was the best I’ve ever had (shower head) convenient location to Nepean hospital and kingswood station. Nice Japanese food on corner near main road. Thanks for a great stay. I will definitely use again! Mel

Awesome suite cleanliness is the best thing ever that I have ever seen on there. I had visited so many hotels and suites till now but I get so much convenient accommodation on there. The way the hotel staffs especially housekeeping manager and her team was so polite and respectful. I had a great staying experience on there. I found it was better than so many 5 star hotels ?

BEAUTIFUL APARTMENTS ❤️❤️VERY CLEAN & TIDY !! Even has a dishwasher & microwave & cooktop .. Very well appointed!! Great location!! Very competitive pricing !! More than happy to stay the 4 nights I have booked !! Fantastic A/C and there is full laundry facilities!!
