We had a lovely stay, thank you. The room was lovely, clean, well appointed but I would say that the lighting needs some work. The bathroom lighting for makeup isn’t great and there is one full length mirror and barely any lighting over it.

The hotel was a bit of a maze and took a little while to work it out but we got there.

We didn’t love the bed, pillows were too soft for us unfortunately.

The hotel was beautifully fitted out though and the breakfast was lovely. The hotel smelled amazing too. Great range of food options from casual to fine dining. Perfect location too and the baths were an absolute highlight, we loved this experience.

The hotel set up is like a maze. Room & service are awesome. Aurora Spa & Bathhouse is a must to relax & rejuvenate even if you are not staying at this hotel. The food from Conti Bar is awesome aside from the Buffalo Wings which are a bit plain for me even they are served with 4 type of different dipping sauces. Buffets breakfast options are little limited for 5 stars hotel. The sour dough bread is hard & bacon tasted like overnight cooked & reheated in the morning. Eggs your way cooked by chef is the highlight of the buffet breakfast.

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Loved the pool, it was positioned in the middle of the hotel and was in the sun for most of the day.

Loved the room we had a beautiful bay view room with balcony.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the bath was perfect size.

Breakfast was great every morning and was on offer until 2:30 every day and again staff were so friendly and happy to do anything for you.

Mini bar had essentials and was all free of charge.

We could not have asked for a better week away for my birthday. Thank you InterContinental, we will be back and is our new favourite place to stay.

Nicely located with a weekend getaway. Spa treatments were great, the room is comfortable without much a view. Breakfast was good, good atmosphere. There's a couple of female staffs in the restaurant need to chill a bit. The swimming pool is beautiful and would be great in Summer. Electric car charging station is a mess with the impossible app to navigate. Few customers struggle also. Overall, I will return in warmer weather

I had wanted to visit the InterContinental Sorrento ever since it opened. I was excited to finally get a chance to visit the past weekend.||The design and overall vibe of the hotel is fabulous. Our room was gorgeous and the in room amenities were good. Common areas such as the pool and restaurant were really nice and modern. Unfortunately the pool area wasn't designed to accommodate the number of guests at the hotel. The number of sun loungers available was woefully inadequate. There should be more sun lounges and less general seating. There were also guests putting their belongings on lounges to 'reserve' them while not actually being in the pool area. Pool staff did not manage this appropriately. ||Food options at the pool area were very limited. When the bar was open (Saturday), drinks options were good and service quick. When it wasn't open (Friday) guests had to order using a QR code and the food and drinks took a really long time to arrive. Not 5 star.||Service varied considerably during our stay. You could tell there were some very experienced and high quality professionals on staff, however they were few and far between and there were a number of inattentive and slow staff rostered on as well.||Our first day having breakfast in the atrium lounge was chaotic, with a considerable wait for a table, while we could see a lot of empty tables waiting to be cleared. When we were finally seated we had to ask multiple times for water, cutlery and napkins. Our food and drinks took a long time to arrive and you could tell the staff were struggling to manage. Setting up a water station would help alleviate this as guests shouldn't need to ask for water. On the second day it was completely different - we were seated quickly and got our food and drinks within 20 minutes. The a la carte breakfast options were limited and I don't think were well targeted to the clientele. ||This may seem like an overly critical review. It is because the prices are very expensive, so expectations are a lot higher. When you pay $800 per night to stay at this hotel you expect to have a smooth breakfast experience, be able to relax at the pool and get a drink quickly. Hopefully some small improvements can be made to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Bought this package on Luxury Escapes. Everything was great the only negative I will say is the check in. One of the latest check in I have ever experienced. The check in is 3.30pm but normally if you go to other hotels they will normally accommodate you and let you check in before that time. Not this time we got there early and went and had lunch, walked on the beach. We returned about 2 hours early and were advised the room still not ready. So we went to explore.|We came back at about 2.30pm and told No room still not ready. When it was finally ready it was 3pm|Spoke to the gentleman on the desk and was told it was because we were upgrade and got a room with a bath. I know as part of the package from LE we would get upgraded, but apparently the hotel did as well. |When we finally got into the room. The room was lovely but no view at all just a fence. The bath whilst lovely was nothing that we have not had at other hotels.|We found out the hotel check out is 12pm I think the hotel should have check out at 11am so that guests can check in before 3pm if they need to. |The staff was lovely and professional but for the money I don’t think the rooms are that amazing. Maybe the ones with views maybe but not the one we had.

Excellent Place to Stay for 2/3 days. Great location and everything on the Premises good food and Cold beers. Only 10 minutes to the Beach. And Shops local only 5 Minutes walk. Staff were excellent we got to know the 2 Scoucers from Liverpool and they worked in the Restaurant and they were both amazing and kind and caring to accommodate us with the Amazing meals we had. Housekeeping were also Excellent gave us a few extra Beers. And water Swimming area on the Rooftop was extremely pleasant and very warm considering it was a cold Couple of days there.
Will be back soon to see the Wonderful staff that work There.

Great location and beautiful decor. Wonderful location and Aurora spa was great. For the price, expected better customer service for room service, mini bar and bathroom amenities. Slow check in and delayed as room not "quality checked" on time. No spirits in stock in room, had to call room service for drinks and staff member refused to collect dirty meal trays. Bathroom only had 1 small hand soap bar for 2 people. For over $500 per night expected better service fron IHG.
