We stayed in the studio last minute and it was absolutely perfect for us! The fold out bed was very comfortable and the heating was great at making the place feel warm and cosy. The towels were SO thick and luxurious. All of the amenities were high end. It was also dog friendly which was a real treat. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would highly recommend and would come back and stay for sure! Great location too!

From the moment I arrived I felt that I was somewhere special. I was shown my room and it was simply immaculate. The furnishings have been chosen specifically for each room and they all complement the whole ambience of Springhill House. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I enjoyed the luxurious linen and bedclothes. In fact I would say that the bed is the best I have ever slept on. The lounge area is warm and inviting expecially on cold days and David makes a great coffee, while Erica ensures that you feel at home. Springhill House is a fabulous retreat.

This was our second stay with Dave and Erica at Springhill House on Pardalote and it certailnly was a wonderful experience. From the warm and friendly welcome to the beautifully appointed suites and wonderfully yummy breakfast, this was luxury all the way. The rooms are very spacious, the beds and linens are of the finest quality, as are the toiletries. The decor is opulent but relaxed with the rooms being furnished in the French Provincial/Classic style. You wont want to leave this wonderful homestead. I highly recommend it for any occasion where you want to feel pampered.

My stay at Springhill House on Pardalote was relaxing, Very fond memories of the experience. The Pardalote room is gorgeous, clean and luxuriously decorated. I felt like I was in Paris. I love that there are plenty of spots to relax away the room but still on the property. We enjoyed a cheese platter outside our room in the lovely sunshine. We opened a bottle of champagne and sat on the comfy sofas on the decking and appreciated the beautiful grounds that are kept neat and freshly mowed lawns. We gazed at different birds that came to the garden. We wandered off for an hour walk along Swan Bay to the Ocean and walked back along the most beautiful clean beach. I highly recommend Springhill if you want peacefulness and appreciate a little bit of luxury.

We have just returned from our fourth visit to Spring Hill House on Pardalote. Here we have found a place where every effort is made to have the visitor feel most welcome. From David and Erica's friendly greeting on our arrival to their fond farewells as we left, there was not a moment when we didn't feel their genuine interest in our well-being.|||| No expense was spared in all the added extras that go towards making one's stay memorable -great coffee, gourmet foods and quality toiletries, to say nothing of the beautiful furnishings and most comfortable bed. Sitting in the dining room and looking out over the garden with its trees beginning to change into their various autumn hues is a picture not easily forgotten.||||We arrived somewhat tired from a busy schedule and were moving on to another busy day. To spend such a pleasant time as we did at this truly magnificent place was a most unregrettable and unforgettable experience. Thank you, David and Erica!

Perfect what more can I say, highly recommend the property. Quality is what I saw, breakfast goodies and toiletries. Decor was lovely with sufficient room left for out belongings throughout. Even a thoughtful night light in the bath room for those night trips to the loo. Property has a lovely ambience. Great hosts.

We stayed in the Pardalote Suite for two nights, with our almost 3-year old on a trundle bed in our room. In retrospect, that wasn't the best idea (small children are surprisingly noisy sleepers!) The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, and although they live on the premises, at no point did we feel that we were invading their space - or vice versa. ||||The place is impeccably decorated, but it was the little things that made the big difference - some port in our room for a night cap, beautiful toiletries, quality tea and coffee, and even fruit and cakes available for snacking. Added to this, a real feeling that we were welcome guests.||||While the other rooms were vacant, I took up the invitation to check them out, and found them to be just as beautiful as our suite, although probably more suitable to any future visits with child in tow (one room had an attached sitting room, and there are also two bedrooms available in a separate part of the house. The Pardalote Suite is accessed separately from the house, which meant we couldn't put our little one to bed and then make use of the lovely lounge in the house - a baby monitor would have been good to pack!)||||Breakfast was a five-minute drive away at Athelstane House, and was absolutely delicious.

Lovely room with king bed. Had tea and coffee making facility's as well as a toaster and bar fridge. A decent sized corner couch, the tv could be a bit bigger . The bathroom had a seperate shower and a good sized bath. The managers greeted us when we arrived and even helped me find my miss placed mobile ph. Would stay here again
