It was my friends 19th birthday so I decided to organise something fun instead of just buying her a present. We booked one night at Hotel Sorrento and had an amazing experience. When we checked in, we were informed that our room had been upgraded from a classic room to a larger room with ocean views at zero extra cost. We also received a voucher for two free drinks at the hotel bar as I mentioned it was my friends birthday. The room itself was absolutely beautiful and had many facilities including a coffee machine with coffee capsules and milk. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Sorrento for our anniversary weekend. We booked a package that included a private trip to Alba, a beautiful lunch at Pt. Leo Estate, and daily breakfasts that hit the spot every morning.

The room itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully styled, and the bath on the balcony was such a unique touch. It made the whole experience feel extra special.

Can’t wait to come back for another stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxury escape on the Peninsula.

We booked in (2 of us) for lunch in the main dining room , but where we were was a bit noisy ,so we asked the manager (Jess on the day) to move to a quieter area. No problem, very professional. All the waiters were excellent, the food was delicious , and the prices reasonable. I’d go back for sure.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and well located. Restaurant dining and front bar are amazing. From booking to check out, every staff member was fantastic to deal with. We had a wonderful time with our staff and their partners. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back again.

Absolutely love this venue, the menu, the staff, and the location. Only problem is parking is a challenge some days, and it does get noisy. The food is second to note. Absolutely love the diversity of options on their dinner menu, as well as their wine options.

We used the Wine Room at Hotel Sorrento for a meeting and had a really great experience. The room was set up perfectly and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. The location is stunning, and the atmosphere is incredibly serene. Breakfast each morning was a highlight — generous, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. It’s the kind of breakfast that makes you want to linger just a little longer.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the one thing to mention that some couches in the rooms are old and uneven but this is minor and wouldn't impact having a relaxed and comfortable stay.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a place with soul, beauty, and great hospitality.

Had an amazing meal on a fully booked night. When we left we left my daughter’s favourite toy. They took the time to get my number and call me to let me know before I was 30 seconds from the venue. It was already a 5/5 review before that but so lovely that they recognised the importance of a child’s bedtime toy. Thank you hotel Sorrento.
