Old, dated and basic. Clean and decent size room with split system, TV, couch, dining table with chairs and an area to put suit cases. Comfortable, warm bed (with electric blanket) and pillows (we always take our own pillows anyway). Spares in the cupboard. Also a Microwave, cups, kettle, tea, coffee and a spoon, biscuits, milk, toaster, small fridge and inside were drinking glasses. No other crockery for eating in. Large bathroom with shower (good hot water and pressure), toilet. Towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided.

From what I could see in the photos when I Google search it - looked beautiful relaxing, and I thought what a great spot for convenience to the main street of Bacchus Marsh 👎 that is not the experience I had when I got there. Cold stale dirty - bad vibes.
The staff members were polite and easy to speak to. Easy check in and check out.

This place is lovely- Pam is very nice and the location is beautiful on the Avenue of honour. My son loved it here.

It's budget so don't expect the Ritz, but I'd rather save my money and stay here. It's got everything you need, big rooms, good shower.

Would never stay here again. Customer service was abrupt and not friendly. I'm sure they clean the rooms but it looked grubby. Dust and cobwebs in the bathroom. The shower floor was dirty and stained. Cracked tiles on the benchtop. Wish I took photos. Was woken up at 2:50am by a couple having an argument a couple of rooms down from me that nearly got violent. Thankfully, the man left just before I was about to call police. Did not feel safe. DO NOT STAY HERE.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed in. Please do yourself a favour and find somewhere nicer or even just sleep in your car. The woman who owns this place (Pam) is the most rudest and inhospitable person I have ever meet. I stayed here for two weeks with my two children and my stay was nothing short of a nightmare. The owner would enter my room after I leave for work and take photos of the room and of anything she could find to make complaint about. Not only was this a major breach of privacy and personal space but i also witnessed her going to other rooms while the guests were gone on numerous occasions. I believe she just enters the rooms without letting the guests know. When I brought this up with her she rudely yelled at me and hung up the phone. The cleaning staff refused to vaccum my room and oftent just left the vacuum cleaner out of my door in the morning. I definitely don’t recommend this place for anyone with family or little kids. I really felt so violented and uncomfortable here. When I left I didn’t even bother engaging with reception I just left the keys in the room and I am not even gonna get started on the dirty rooms, flies, cobwebs and musty smelling blankets that probably haven’t seen a washing machine since 2015.
