I came here for the first time, excited to try it out, but the experience was disappointing.
I booked a lane and showed my booking details on my phone to the staff at the counter. Instead of asking for my name or checking the system, she just said ‘What?’ and then told me she couldn’t do anything with a screenshot because ‘it’s on a computer.’

Then, when she asked for my shoe size, I said 36, and she seemed annoyed because their sizes were listed differently (4, 5, 6, etc.). Instead of just explaining the size conversion, she acted like I was supposed to know. There are many shoe size measurements—US, UK, EU—how was I supposed to know which one they use?

Overall, the attitude was unprofessional and made the experience unpleasant.

We took our family there last week. The blonde lady on the counter wasn't welcoming at all. The man was fine.
The worker needs to work on his personal hygiene. It's a very outdated bowling centre. The whole place could do with a renovation. It was dark and miserable. New balls would be an option for them as well as some neon lights. Lanes need updating. Wouldn't go there again.
When games were finished there was no sanitisation of balls the worker was just putting them back on the shelf. I was disappointed

Went bowling with the grandchildren. Over the years it's always been good fun bowling with the family.

Had lots of fun here. But as some others have mentioned, the service can definitely improve. The lady at the counter was very grumpy and sounded rude. She wasn’t happy that we didn’t know the correct shoe sizes. There are a mini games arcade as well. A game cost $17 for an adult. There was an offer for an early game before 10 at $10. Some parking at front and an onsite toilet. And a small cafe.

We had a fantastic experience hosting our child’s birthday party at Tenpin Bowling! The kids had an excellent time, and the atmosphere was fun and engaging. The bowling setup was perfect for children, ensuring they stayed entertained throughout.

The food was also a highlight—every child enjoyed the margherita pizza, and the vegetarian food platter was very good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

Overall, a great venue for a kids' party! Highly recommend. 🎉

We had such a fun day at Star Bowl this morning. We took advantage of their generous holiday deal and Jill and Shannon were fabulous with our kids. Whether it was retrieving stuck balls, changing money for the pool table or getting info about bowling leagues, they were super friendly and helpful. It was a great way to end the holidays.

everything is good here

except the female staff(just one not all)
I came here at least four times
when we wanted to change some coins for basketball game, when I bought the water, when I bought the chips, all I could feel are something not kind and unfriendly
maybe because I am an Asian guy?!
maybe just that time she was in the bad mood
maybe she just don't like me
sadly,I don't know

but I still have to say other staffs I think they are friendly and kind and warm and happy to help us

Fantastic experience at Star Bowl today for our twins 7th birthday party. Everything needed was supplied, food was fantastic, staff were amazing, even gave free coffee to the adults! Most hassle free birthday party I have ever done!
