Great location- close to shops, parks, restaurants, the apartment was quiet, had a balcony and was bigger than expected. The room facilities were of good quality. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked over the phone with Luke, who made it such a breeze. The phone line was busy initially, and I was asked to leave my number and received a call back within 10mins. We loved our stay there. Just one small thing: the secure carpark is way too small. Very highly recommend this Quest.

Received a call prior arriving to ensure i arrive before 9pm (reception closure) which i thought was great which proves they care about us. Interactions with the hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming. Clean rooms and on point maintenance. Great facilities in the apartment but wish they had newer modern rooms.

Stayed 5 days for work. Luke the amazing hotel mgr was the highlight for me, I missed my family but he was the shinning light and welcome home each day! He went above and beyond to help me out and I looked forward to his warm friendly “welcome home” every day! Can’t wait to see the upgrades and renovations planned and my TV being able to stream MAFS😅 Will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay here. Staff went above and beyond. This is our "go to" when in Shepparton. The 3 bedroom apartment is great for families travelling together.

Location was very good, Dan Murphy's liquor and an Aldi next door. The Shepparton Club where we went for Sunday night dinner a short walk away. Check in was easy and staff friendly and helpful. Secure car parking (closed at night) a bit limited but other parking nearby. Our one bedroom apartment's bedroom had no external window just a room off the lounge but otherwise spacious and full kitchen and a washing machine in bathroom. Apartment is a bit dated and not clean enough, there were marks on the tables and door to balcony had dirty streaks on it. Worst of all, the small balcony is not cleaned at all, dirt, cobwebs and rubbish all over it. Pillows basic and not clean.

We have a good night rest at Quest. Spacious bedroom units that have 2 bathrooms and accompany with a washing machine and a dryer.It is near to a botanic garden.

Stayed 2 nights as we had a wedding to attend. The 3 bedroom apartment was very comfortable and the facilities were great.
