Just one thing- absolutly grear! As already from the start Deb (the owner) was very friendly and relaxed to find a perfect side for us to stay. The facilities are great with a good kitchen (even a oven& smoothiemaker), clean bathrooms and a good laundry area.
We felt very safe in the caravan park. There are many permanent camper but all super friendly and helpful - we wanted to fix something at our and immediately everyone was there! 😀
There is a very good deal for backpackers - 200$ for 7 nights for an umpowered tentside and the location is perfect with a lot of stores (woolworths, bunnings etc) around. You need approx. 5 min drive into the City 🙂

As we had to leave earlier Deb was very easy going& flexible with take a note with remaining days when we come back!

The photos on the website show a beautiful landscaped caravan park however, it didn’t show the 4 out of order toilets,, dilapidated infrastructure.and the ‘stuck in the 70’s look. It doesn’t tell you it’s in an industrial area, noise of the factory nearby in the late evening and early hours and the constant road traffic of trucks in an out of the surrounding area.

Central and very close to most everything; shopping centres, supermarkets, big green shed, camping stores, city centre, etc. Deborah and Kerry the managers are very kind and helpful. They were there to guide us to our site and answer all of our questions and provide information. Amenities are very clean. Plenty of showers, toilets, and hot water. The free WiFi worked well too. Other residents of the park are respectful and friendly. We stayed for one week. Our first time to Shepparton. We really enjoyed our time there, and we look forward to visiting Strayleaves again in the near future.

Good little caravan park. The powered sites are large enough to fit a caravan, annex and car side by side. Toilets and showers were very clean and the water for the showers were very hot.
Deb was very accommodating, we were up in Shepparton for a tournament and she was nice to let us leave our camper at the park on check out day to pick it up later.
There was a bit of noise from road traffic but not too bad. Only noticed when trying to sleep. Priced very well and would recommend to people who are wanting a quiet little stop over spot.

Staff were friendly. Good site size. There is a camp kitchen on site for which you should get a key, I wasn't given one. However I did enter while someone else was using so was able to cook our meal. Wifi was great! Cannery was a little noisy but didn't really stop us from having a good sleep. Plenty of hot water.

The strayleaves caravan park is a loverly caravan park to stay .
Debbie and Kerry who run the caravan park are very loverly and nothing is to much trouble , and they go out of there way for you to make your stay a enjoyable and comfortable one. There very friendly and always love to have a chat even though they are always busy .
I recommend the strayleaves caravan park to anyone looking for a place to stay in Shepparton.
The caravan park is clean and well kept and the showers are hot which is great and are kept extremely clean.
My husband and I look forward to staying here again .
