The cleaning wasn't great, with previous shampoo/conditioner tubes still left in the shower and some bits of paper left on carpet. The bed had a definite slump and although I definitely prefer hard beds, this has to be the hardest brick I've ever slept in(sore neck next day).
Someone must have had a dog in one of the very nearby rooms as it was barking and woke me up.
I informed a male staff of the shampoo/conditioner tubes next morning and the response was "oh", but without surprise or thanks for communicating this to them.
Price was very reasonable however maybe these issues explain why, and it was warmer than a tent.
I was in Shepparton for a wedding and although the location was fine, next time I definitely wouldn't stay here.
Shepparton is very easy to get around so location isn't as much of an issue as i thought.

For $115 per night for 1 person it served its purpose, room needs some maintenance lots of broken/damaged fittings and fixtures...was given a sizeable milk for the following morning but it was half frozen.
Had room for vehicle and large trailer as advertised, but only just

At $100 a night it's worth the stay. The bed was comfortable enough and the tv works and theres coffee tea and milk. It's also really close to everything.
However; the hot water might be shared with other rooms or something because the two of us couldn't both have a hot shower.
The lights in the bathroom take awhile to come on and flicker badly.
No real plates and cutlery if you want to eat in the room.
No hand towels and bathroom amenitiesare in need of repair, taps leaked and drenched everythingon the vanity.
Holes in doors etc just been patched so not pretty.
The rooms are far from soundproof and there's no way to ring the office from the room (bar mobile during office hours) when the other patrons are still making noise after midnight, and you can here what everyone else is doing in their rooms.

Room was ok for price apart from the bed that was badly damaged the middle leg broken and the bed had collapsed was like sleeping in a banana.the oil painting even had stab marks in it. Not a nice place. The Reception could been allot friendlier or even just to speak would of been nice. 3:30 in the morning a couple was fighting and screaming and woke me and my next door neighbour up. we both couldn’t get back to sleep. It appeard that there were long term residents staying there too. Will never stay here again That’s for sure

Room was fine according to price but our bathroom was very stinky and shower door was stucked very difficult to open. Location was pretty good. Overall was fine for one night. Thanks

We were booked into another motel and when we arrived they had given our room to someone else. They said they could get us another room at another motel. I assume they were friends or family with the people from the other motel as they didn't even have to look up the phone number. We were asked how much we were willing to pay as the second motel was meant to be better. We said no more than $125 which they charged - checking later it is usually $115.|The curtains were ripped, the security chain went through a hole in the curtains, the bedside table was damaged, the hand basin was scratched and partly melted, the toilet roll holder was half off the wall. When we left we could see other rooms also had ripped curtains. Not even worth $115!

Is what you pay for. Rooms were minimally clean, could use a good deep scrub to get rid of marks and mildew. Extremely dated. New curtains or blinds would be massive improvement at minimal cost. Aircon in room was a good chance installed in early 80’s. Took long time to cool the room. Again another low cost replacement would do wonders.
Has a massive tv, which is a bit of overkill. Seems to be a few there from support agency’s.
Restaurant would be good if opened, even lease it out to someone in town to run.
Maybe some outdoor seating by the rooms or BBQ area.

Overall- was what it was, I did have a good sleep after long day in the road, once aircon started cooling the room.
