Stayed over night hear on our silo art tour- the beds were very comfortable from a person who has chronic spinal issues but was pleasantly impressed with them. There was a few things that they need to attend to, the air conditioning was not pumping much warm air even though it was at a setting of 30deg ( set by the last people who stayed I guess) and knowing a bit about these I clean the filter in the head unit and straight away it started to perform as it should have although I could see the internal parts were clogged up with lint etc -( if they had these cleaned fully there electrical bill would reduce a lot). In the bathroom there was no soap in the shower but 2 shampoo, the shower glass panel is not fixed in fully, one face flannel and the floor drain grate not fitted correctly and could cause an injury of you feet. Was moderately clean but could be better I think. The door was very loose and rattled. They are rated on various sites from 3.5 to 4 stars but I think it is 3 currently.

I was passing through on my way to Melbourne and decided to overnight in Shepparton. Booked through booking.com, check-in was a breeze, the family at the reception running the motel were lovely and helpful.
My room was clean, the beds are comfortable and the linen looks like new, crisp and white, the towels too. The doors have a lock and a second chain which as a female staying alone, made me feel very comfortable. The whole property feels safe. I would happily stay here again.

Walked into room to the smell of dampness and curry stained carpet and stained couch which really should be thrown out. Had to shower in my socks as the shower plug was full of black pubic hair and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned from the last client, absolutely disgusting!!|I got to the room at 7.00pm very tired and was met with this and of course no one at reception to change rooms.|I don’t know what it is with the new internationals that think they can run a motel, their cleaning standards arnt the same as ours obviously . |Wouldn’t put my dog in this place, looks good on the outside but inside is a completely different story .

We stayed here last Saturday night . The Motel is in a good location but is generally run down and in need of a refurb. The sheets were clean and the water was hot but other than that the place was dirty and tired. The carpets were dirty and tiles in our room cracked, the grout in the bathroom was mouldy and the place was generally dirty.

We stayed in this motel for two nights. The first night, a group of young people were staying there. Around 7 or 8 p.m., they got drunk and were slamming doors and yelling past our room. We rang the office, and they talked to them, but it made no difference; they continued until 4:45 a.m., when we said something. The single bed was also very uncomfortable; you could feel the springs. When the office opened in the morning, we complained, and they moved us to another room and only charged us for one night, which was very kind of them. However, after showering in the new room, I developed a rash on my arms and side. I'm not sure what caused it.

Bad customer service, walls in bathroom falling apart, rooms barely got cleaned, left bin bags on the bench near our food.

Tube light failed, told them and they said the next day it was fine, incorrect. I had to go into their stores and get a spare and swap it out.

Wouldn't stay here again for the price, no onsite assistance worth mentioning and reception couldn't help.

Have stayed here alot over the past few years.. but never again... the shower was filthy... full of mould... and the general courtyard area wasn't that nice.. said something to reception didnt take the criticism onboard very well... ive since read reviews on here from others for this past year.. it's hit and miss some good reviews but alot bad ones.. plenty more options in own I'll try them next time..

The room was not clean. Toothpaste over the taps, dirty carpet, swimming pool dirty, just not good enough. Unfortunately the photos do not show very clearly.|I can't understand how having the place spotless is so hard.| I emailed this motel prior to my stay (work booked it not me) about making sure it was clean .|Never again
