Stayed 2 nights. I was very impressed with the warmth of the rooms. Didn't need to put on the heater, as the room stayed warm during the evening. Outside temperature at night was 9c.
The room was very clean and comfy bed. Never heard any noise from the main road at night or in the morning, as the rooms are set quite a distance back away from the road.
I do highly recommend anyone that needs a decent sleep or rest to stay here.
Convenient to shops, restaurants, petrol station next door.

I stayed in Shepparton for business recently...This motel has the most gorgeous frontage. It is immediately welcoming to a traveller. Locally owned, you will receive great customer service at the desk. The rose gardens are exquisite and well-maintained. The grounds are well-maintained... the pool area is something special. Tall palms grow around the outside area of the pool, there are sun lounges and picnic tables under shelter. Outside the pool area there is a swing and a slide.||The room is neat and dated ... but initial impressions are as one would expect. The bathroom size is really generous. The TV is not one of the latest TVs and for me that was a personal favourite as I knew how to use it. ||Sadly, my experience changed when I went to bed. Firstly the mattress and pillows were so firm that I was unable to sleep... I moved off the master bed to the single that was slightly better. The beds could really do with an upgrade. But to compound the issue I was having with the bed.... the next few rooms held people that were known to one another... .they decided to sit right outside of their rooms and talk- loudly. I tried to close them out ( god knows I needed to - the conversations were banal) but alas I could not. To give the motel some credit there is the pool area that was nearby that they could have moved to and continued to talk. They were so loud I could not sleep... I was struggling between being exceedingly uncomfortable and noise. The group continued until well after 1am because I could hear them discussing the time. So I only had a couple of hours sleep and stayed exhausted all day. ||If the motel changes the mattresses and pillows I would highly recommend it ( regardless of how rude my neighbours were) but... for now, the lack of sleep did me in.

The Pines is a place our family have stayed at on multiple occasions and every time the service is great for the room price. Nothing is a problem for the staff and the rooms have been clean and tidy. The large pool is a hit with the kids. Would highly recommend if you are travelling for business or with a family.

Thank you Zoe for your welcoming hospitality. Our stay was very enjoyable, we were made to feel very comfortable, having not made an advance booking. Breakfast delivered to our door was tasty and hot. The spacious room was warm, clean and the spa in Room 30 was a surprise and awesome. Thank you!

First impression driving in.. I like it, Very nice lady meets me for check in. Room is Clean and has a very comfortable bed. They have a very nice pool and spa area. Bath room has a good size spa. I will be back for sure next time in town!

The room was quite large with a queen size bed and a single bed. The heating worked well and kept the room warm. Although the decor is older it was very clean and comfortable, and the shower was amazing, we didn't have breakfast which was room service with an extensive menu. Being a Friday night there was a lot of traffic which you could hear from the room but it wasn't unpleasant. All in all I would recommend this motel for comfort and value for money

The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is available; it's delivered to the room. They've got a pool and a little garden beside it. I felt safe as there were multiple security cameras outside. The inn is 5 minutes (drive) from the city centre and 2 minutes (drive) from the hospital.

We stayed here Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised by our rooms. We had three between us and all of the were very spacious, something you don't often get. It was also well priced.||||The carpet, bathroom etc were all clean and it had everything we needed for an overnight stay. We also had a dip in the pool which was great on a hot night.||||Lovely service, and a very helpful receptionist. We would stay here again.
