Great location, central to everything, including shops and dining. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Including a Fridge, Microwave, tea and coffee facilities. The owner was very lovely and welcoming. Felt right at ease the instant I was greeted. We only booked for 1 night and it was perfect.

Was greeted by a lovely woman and very friendly. Easy check in. The room was very clean. Good size. Huge TV . Bathroom was new and stylish. Parking was OK. A little bit tricky and tight. Central to town.

We stayed there for one night and had everything we needed.
Late check-in was no issue- we arrived after 9pm, and the reception was still open. No secure deposit or bond was required, despite what some previous reviews had mentioned.

The bedding was clean, and the bathroom facilities were freshly renovated, including a hairdryer and a full set of toiletries, even shaving cream. The air conditioner/heater worked well.

The parking area was a bit small, but we had no trouble parking our van.

We stayed only one night here.
The rooms are fair, with kettle, and brevarage assessories,
tv with remote, electric blankets, heater/cooler, hair dryer, extra bedding. Beds where reasonable comfort.
Access to free pool also on site right near front of rooms, so can safely also easy to watch kids/family very close by. The service was wonderful, polite, and helpful.

Personally I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again, uncomfortable bed, hopeless car parking, dated room. As I left early in the morning I could clearly view a young woman changing in her bathroom through the glass window across the driveway , I bet she had no idea that she was being exposed in this way, much better options in Shepparton.

Absolutely appauling service, I left my key in my room wouldn't give me access back to my room. Went through all of my stuff. Put a drink in with my clothes which they managed to smash open the can and all of my belongs are now wet. And sticky

They went through all of my belongings as well

This was meant to be a service for people in domestic or family violence.

I rang plenty of times for access to the room.

I also didn't pay for accommodation the salvation army paid and the lady owner put me down as I didn't pay for the accommodation salvation army did.

The only motel I have ever cancelled a booking because of their $500 paid up front damage policy refundable in 7 days after inspection. Was not prepared to have them blame me for someone elses negligence. Have stayed in hundreds of motels all over Australia and found this highly unusual.
