I bought the crossaint coffee deal at 12.50 as per promotion. I took 1 bite and it tasted like it was 3 days old.
The coffee, I ordes a soy latte. Couldn't taste the soy milk and the milk wasn't foamed properly was more like a flat white.

Would not recommend.

I went to get a spinach and cheese roll and was asked if I wanted it warmed up. I said yes. A few minutes later, I received the roll, but the pastry was broken and very soggy. It looked like they used a microwave instead of an industrial oven. It was inedible, so I refused to take it. The man at the counter refused to give me a new one and instead asked me to put it in the bin so he could issue a refund. I paid $7.90, but after disposing of the roll, I only received a $5.90 refund. Very rude customer service. Terrible service. Staff has no idea how to serve food. If I could I would give - stars.

I really like the coffee at this muffin break its always good and made correctly. Usually always fast except one Saturday when they were super busy and short staffed. Good job guys!
I don't like muffin break muffins at all, but that's not these guys fault ahah they're just overall dry.😅 Shortbreads were delightful though

Asked the person at the register, if the carrot cake was fresh. He said it was that morning.
However, since buying i found dry, at least 3 days old. The guy asked if I would like to warm up the slice, I declined.
Very disappointed ☹️

No wonder I stopped coming here.Coffee is Great but muffin. Yesterday's crap. Throw them out! Should be All freshly served, not Crumbleling when pick it up. Bullshit Crap.

Very Disappointing Customer Service
I received several emails saying i has a free birthday muffin to claim.
Upon presenting my card to scan, i was told no muffin was there.
I showed them the email and they said they couldn't help me.
I tried to ask questions and they kept saying to ring head office. When i did and head office wanted to speak to them, the lady said they were too busy. I said, I'm busy too...I'd been waiting as this stage for about 40 minutes. Finally after much prompting, the male spoke with head office and sorted it out.
I won't be going back there, even though the male apologised because the female didn't want to deal with me AT ALL.
And i'll be telling ppl about their 'customer service'.

The new owners and staff of Muffin Break, Dandenong Plaza, are so lovely, friendly, polite and professional. They make excellent cappuccinos and lattés. I hope they continue the good customer service and stay on.

The cappuccino ☕️ was burnt like you can actually taste like something was not right.
The chi-latte tasted like the barista just mixed milk and water, heated it up and served to the customers.

Both of them ended up being thrown away. Actually the latte and cappuccino was sooo terrible, that all the other rubbish inside the bin seemed like diamonds compared to this.

Extremely poor craftsmanship.
