I come here as often as I can. Authentic Chilean food from Empanadas, choripan and churrasco as well as delicious sweets made with condensed milk caramel. It's simply the best coffee in Melbourne in my opinion. Love the friendly service and all the little Nick nacks decorating the cafe. Plenty of tables in a nice quiet corner of Dandenong Market. Love it here

We ordered a beef empanada, a cheese empanada, and the Churrasco. I was so excited to find Chilean empanadas in Australia! They were quite good and tasted spot-on for the traditional ones I've had before. The beef one had the boiled egg and 1 olive (I thought it didn't have any olives at first and I was a little sad, but I found it in one of my last bites haha). The cheese looked like it had a cheese stick in it. I'd say the ratio of filling to pastry is pretty good for both. I was prepared to be disappointed by the cheese empanada because it had so much empty space inside, but I genuinely think if they had more cheese it would've been too much, so despite the "emptiness", I think they got it spot on. The beef one was much more filled. The salsa that came with them was some of the best salsa I've had in a while - so fresh with the tiniest bit of spice. It really elevated the dish as a whole.
My husband had the Churrasco, and he said it was a little salty but had lots of avocado, which was really nice. It also had quite a bit of mayo, which he liked. It was filling and felt fresh. He liked the flavour of the steak.

So Great to find a piece 🧩 of Latin America 👏👏👏 that's is not in the north or the CBD.. they have fried cheese empanadas, I think Chilean version but they are DELICIOUS, and the Picture is an arequipe something, first time I have it but so great, best arequipe ever. Really recommended! Their variety of food looks good, I'm definitely going back to try more 🌟
