A very clean and neat park. With amazing staff. Melissa checked us in and she was absolutely lovely. Chatted to Charmaine on the phone and she was so friendly and helpful. Amenities are clean with lots of hot water. Happy we stayed here as our stopover to WA.

The park is clean and tidy with nice amenities. We had a nice flat site with a concrete pad for our campervan and tent. Charmaine and Melissa were super friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would recommend to anyone staying in south-east Melbourne.

Receptionist (Charmaine) very abrupt, arrogant and rude. Cancelled my booking and chose to spend my money somewhere much more friendlier. Never ever have I experienced such rudeness. Would never recommend that place to anyone, and will be sure to tell others of my experience.

Very nice place just outside of Melbourne. We booked a powered site for our van. Great friendly staff and a clean park, it wasn’t too busy so booking an extra day was not a problem. The park is also close to a bus stop. (Would recommend having a myki card for the bus)

Melissa weaved her magic to get us a site. Everywhere else was booked out. We stayed 7 nights and Melissa and Charmaine (managers) made us feel so welcome. The amenities were clean, sites maintained. I would highly recommend this caravan park to anyone passing through. 2 min walk to the bus stop nad the bus runs past roughly every 15 mins to Dandenong station where the train runs every 10 mins.||The caravan park is not 5 star - probably 3 star but with the customer service we received it should be 5 star! Definitely coming back.

Great experience overall. Staff were fantastic and friendly. The service could not be faulted. 3 bedroom cabin had all the necessities for a family of 5. Price was very reasonable. Only recommendation for a holiday park is to have a bit more for children. The recreation room was very dirty and toys were broken. Thanks Big4 you will definitely see me again on our next trip to Melbourne.
