This place was absolutely beautiful!
Myself and my partner stayed here the weekend we got engaged. The hosts went above and beyond making the room beautiful with rose petals, chocolate strawberries and champagne!
We have stayed at a few places before but this is best by far! Room was gorgeous, complete with fire place, spa bath, freshly baked (still warm) bread, as well as complimentary wine, and ingredients for breakfast, as well as being in a beautiful location.
The hosts were so friendly, it was truly perfect for this incredibly special weekend away.
Would 100% recommend to everyone.

Absolutely incredible from the simplicity of choc ices in the freezer to the swan shaped folded towels on the bed and the rose petals in the already run spa bath!!! Champagne on ice, selection of wines in a bar fridge, decanter of port and an incredible selection of food for breakfast. The drawbridge on entry is a must as is the castellated stone walls on the veranda!! Communication with Alex was simple and helpful. We will be back!! Expensive but worth every cent!

Definitely not what I was expecting, turned out to be so much more was just what the doctor ordered most i have been relaxed in years Definitely making this my regular get away, spa bath in front of the fire with a glass of wine and strawberries with cream and chocolate felt so spoilt, and the out doors so amazing Definitely have to see it words can't explain

The Luna suite at Aquila Nova was the perfect base for a 2 night stay, to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday.

Arina greeted us just as we arrived and took us to the suite, and was an excellent host, making our stay extremely memorable.

This is a great property, with a very large, lush garden with multiple levels, and the stay was very tranquil as a result.

From the large room to the spa to the comfy bed to all the various amenities, including the fresh bread and juice and wine provided, made it the perfect stay.

We'll definitely be back again, and highly recommend a stay at Aquila Nova, you won't regret it!

As an even better bonus, this property is dog friendly, and our puppy was made extremely welcome and loved her time too, especially when exploring the gardens.

Awesome place for a getaway! We walked in to a nice warm room with fresh bread that was still warm too! Everything was perfect. From the port, wine, generous breakfast supplies and even dog treats for our boy! The buildings and gardens are beautiful too. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I stayed here with my bridesmaids before my wedding and my wedding night and it was perfect, The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and prepare for our big day. The attention to cleanliness and comfort was evident, and every detail was thoughtfully considered. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and their hospitality made us feel right at home. It was a wonderful start to our wedding weekend, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a warm and memorable experience. The highlight was coming back from our wedding and finding the room decked out in romance with petals and wine.

Can not rate this place and experience high enough. Truely felt like being transported to another world (think living your best Beatrix Potter life) despite only being an hour away from the city. 🌸 🦜🐿️🌹🍃The decadent interiors of the suite amongst the most beautiful grounds/garden made for the most perfect stay. The jacuzzi style tub was an absolute treat to soak in with the lounge TV perfectly within viewing, along with the log fireplace! 🔥🪵 The four poster bed was also beyond luxurious with the most breath taking views from the window. Arina & Alex were wonderful hosts providing a fully stocked fridge (ingredients for multiple hearty farm breakfasts - eggs, bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, avocado, yoghurt, muesli, fresh orange juice, coffee/tea) along with even arriving to a freshly baked loaf of bread (still hot with butter)! 🍞 There was even mini ice-creams in the freezer. The antipasto board I’d ordered as an extra treat was also 10/10. They’d thought of everything and the place was impeccably clean. I feel so inspired after staying at such a beautiful place to continue to replicate as many of the awe inspiring touches in both my home and routine from interior/planting inspiration to self care. Thank you for such a memorable stay. 🌟

Well what can I say, this place is absolutely beautiful.. The owners are absolutely lovely very welcoming.. they really made my hubby and i feel at home.. The view and scenery is beyond words.. and last of all the Sol spa suite is nothing we have ever seen before.. it’s indescribable.. They were also so generous with the supply of food and beverages they left for us. We will definitely be back..
Definitely worth every cent..
