Stayed there with a Potter’s Tour for two nights. The cleanliness of the room was fair. Rooms need a good cleaning. Walking in the room on the floor was gritty under the feet. Also room was not cleaned the first night.
Also when we came back to our room at 4 tried to buy a cold drink the reception was closed and the cafe (The Pantry) was closed. No possibility of buying a cold drink unless you walked quite a bit in the hot weather to the local store to get a cool drink.
They should for guests a vending machine where you can purchase cold drinks and snacks.
Also Potter’s Tours cater to a lot of mature age people and those that have some mobility and balance issues. After a hot day of touring it is nice to cool off in the pool. I went to do this on the first day and had difficulty getting in the pool.
There is a slope floor to walk into the pool but no hand railing. I had to ask someone for me to hold onto because it was very dangerous to get in and out of. They should really consider putting in a handrail.

I stayed here with my family on the weekend after an engagement party at The Olive Grove, and I was pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. The room and bathroom was very large, clean, and appeared to have been recently renovated. Comfortable beds and linens were included, ample parking, walking distance to the beach and coffee shops in the morning, and most of all very convenient for attending an event at The Olive Grove. Highly recommended.

We were so lucky to find this gem! The Quarters provided the perfect accomodation and venue for our entire family and close friends of mixed generations to prepare for our sons wedding close-by. We booked 7 rooms. All suited individual family needs perfectly.
The accomodation was modern, spacious and clean. Ample parking. Close to local shops and the beach.
The "resort" facilities- pool, play area, green lawn space with various seating options along with the various speciality delights of spa, florist, hair, Cafe and restaurant made it an ideal opportunity to relax and have all needs met for all guests. No need to sit in your room!
Special thanks to Lyndal and her team. The staff are amazing and their communication, hospitality and genuine interest in making everything perfect for us on this special occasion is an example of best practise customer service. The Pantry were run off their feet catering to the needs of our guests over the 2 days. Thank you for your service-it was a very busy weekend.
The Quarters is especially attractive atm being "dressed for Christmas".

It is very new and the facilities are in really good conditions. Like the Garden view and the pool, kid and family friendly hotel in this area. Walking distance to the beach, located in a quiet neighbourhood. Many parking spaces available for the guests.

We absolutely can not fault a single thing about this place. The rooms are beautiful and relaxing! Beds are so comfy. Aircon is amazing. The pool is lovely and clean. Close to everything we wanted to do. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful too. Will be back for sure!

My family and I had a delightful stay at The Quarters. This Hamptons-inspired motel surpasses its 3-star rating, in my opinion. The facilities, comfort, and quality of the motel are excellent. The room was quiet, spacious, clean, and comfortable. They even provided thoughtful amenities like bottled water and coffee pods. Their tropical-inspired pool and garden were perfectly serene. The on-site cafe was a lovely bonus, offering convenience and delicious options, so we didn't have to leave the property. Highly recommended

The room itself was very lovely: quiet, spacious, comfortable beds.
There was plenty of parking.
I found the service just not quite what I would expect for having paid what we did.
No towels on arrival and no answer to phone call to reception. They were happily provided and reasonably promptly.
There was no room clean and so the used crockery (cups) was not replenished. Again requested that - again happily provided but with dinner plates (?!) and no tea cups.
Back to reception to sort that.
On our last night we arrived back to find that the absence of a room replenish that day also meant we had no toilet paper. And of course reception is closed and I dare not ring the after hours number as it is $50 if not deemed an emergency. It is lucky I have an “emergency” toilet roll in the car.
All in all, I felt like a squeaky wheel asking several times for things that I would have thought would be anticipated and provided with thought and care, especially for the price paid. The care factor just wasn’t there.
