We purchased the Alpine Vista Barrel Sauna and are extremely happy with this sauna. The customer service at Alpine was excellent and we are stoked with the final product. The family love the sauna and it also looks fantastic in our backyard. We are especially pleased we went with the Vista model with the rear window. It’s fantastic to be able to look outside while in the sauna. I highly recommend this company and this product.

This review is on the Helsinki Sauna, hopefully with this review some changes can be made for future production because at almost $5k the thermo floor heater cannot be cleaned once screwed down. 2 weeks old and the floor has sweat droplets which cannot be wiped because it’s already screwed down. At first I thought put a towel down to collect the sweat droplets but then that defeats the floor heater so yeah can’t be wiped down and will continue to collect sweat, dust, hair and everything else. First let me share how this came about. A couple of years ago during our European Trip we had spent considerable time in Spa resorts around the world where we had experienced the beauty and health benefits and the love for Saunas.
Soon as we came back, we started looking at Saunas in Melbourne. We first looked at some cheap Chinese products and as we were finally about to place an order, we then decided to take a trip to Alpine Sauna.
This is where I met Maddie. She was fantastic, showed us the product on display. She thoroughly explained how to use the Sauna, assisted in providing support through a contractor to build the unit at our house and highlighted the difference between the Infra-Red and the conventional Sauna. She really helped us in making our decision and we bought the Conventional for 2 people.
So far, the experience has been incredible, after only 15 to 20 mins, you will be sweating all over, even need to have a Towel on the floor. I am very pleased that we bought this product from Alpine Sauna and Maddie has been absolutely fantastic, not only while we were deciding to buy, but also followed up a after a few weeks to see in if we were happy....great work Maddie.

I purchased the new Copenhagen Sauna for the Mrs and she loves it. I found it easy to put together with the help of the Mrs. My only piece of advice would be to put the seat in once the back and one side is up as there's less stuffing around later. Very happy with this product and service.
