They booked us in and when we got there the shop was closed. No decency to inform us. Just sounds like they play by ear. No website, no proper communication. As if it is a cover up for some shady activity. They got the wrong pricing up as well.
Would not recommend.
There are plenty of much better options in the area

I bought from Groupon as this is how I find local places. I had a male for deep tissue massage and hot stones. He was lovely, checked to make sure it wasn’t too hard. Lovely and relaxed now, I will come back thank you 🙂

Hector was my masseuse, he was awesome! Strong hands but constantly checking he wasn’t to firm as to hurt me. Twice in 2 weeks I went back, all my knots gone, and got a facial and foot treatment as well.
Can’t rate them enough. So friendly and I haven’t slept so well afterwards for a long time. I’m a visitor to Melbourne but I’ll definitely come back when I return for work! Definitely recommended!! Thanks guys! I can’t remember the lovely lass’s name behind the counter but she was also lovely!

I have never commented in a massage parlor. I have been to many massage parlors, and none of them have satisfied me with the service! They are all like amateurs and can't solve your problem! Today, I walked into this massage shop at random after work. I didn't have much hope, just wanted to relax, but Emily, the owner of this shop, gave me a great surprise! Like a magician, she has completely relaxed and treated my body. You don't need to say anything. She will know where there is something wrong with your body and where it hurts. After her treatment, my body looks like a new one. Because my work is very tired, my body has not been so relaxed for a long time. Thank you!This massage shop is highly recommended.

Bought a Groupon deal for my husband for a 45 minute deep tissue massage. Paid 10$ extra to get it done on weekend( which is fair if it was done properly) when we arrived there the lady on the desk was rude and unprofessional and wouldn’t move forward until we paid her 10$ upfront cash. After that she interrupted the massage numerous times to attend other clients and make calls to get more staff in . So she was leaving massage to go to the desk again and again and making calls , speaking loudly. So much for relaxation..
Very bad customer service. The massage was unimpressive to say the least. Would never go again or recommend to anyone.

Thanks so much to Emily for taking me in. I was only walked in without booking. Thanks to Hector for a good job. I enjoyed and felt asleep. I was going to ask for another hour cause I enjoyed but he already got another booking. Anyways, Thanks guys, keep up the good work and don't worry too much about negative comments. I enjoyed my massage and I will book again.
