Very Corporate style motel rooms with everything required for a business trip. The food was magnificent. Hats off to the chef. I came for a business function and it was a comfortable stay. I was able to do a work out in the gym and use my laptop in the quietness of my private room.

I had an outstanding experience at Bairnsdale International, VIC! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff who made the check-in smooth and personal. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated—perfect for both comfort and relaxation. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was modern and spotless.

One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant and bar: the menu offered delicious, well‑presented meals made from fresh local ingredients, and the relaxed atmosphere was ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the convenient location—close to the town centre and local attractions—which made it easy to explore the area.

This is my first time staying in Bairnsdale overnight and I am so glad I chose this hotel. The room was very clean, and spaceous. The bed was very comfortable. I do wish the pillows were a little bit softer, but honestly the bed was still so comfortable. The staff were lovely, I checked in very late and they were super helpful on the phone before and the instructions at reception that were left for me were great. I will definitely stay again.

After driving 5 hours behind the slowest drivers in Australia and getting stopped by multiple road blocks, finally getting to Barnsdale international was a relief for both myself and my very full bladder. I had called ahead and asked for after hours check in Eli was very helpful on the phone and explained the steps so clearly. So when I arrived it was easy enough to find the lock box and get my room key. The letter they left was very helpful with more steps on how to find my room with ease, instead of having to wonder around doing the pee dance finding my room I was able to get to my room within minutes. The letter was not just helpful it was also amusing with great humour!! The room looked fantastic, very clean and well decorated. Shower was a great with perfect water pressure and the soaps smelt soooo good!!!
Checking out was so easy and once again Eli on reception was very lovely and great to have a quick chat with (sorry if your coffee got cold by the way haha).
Will definitely be booking in here again when visiting family down this way.

I loved my stay! The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel’s amenities made the experience even better, and the location was ideal.

I have been staying here for 6 years, 8 weeks ago i stayed , and they told me the restaurant was closed for renovations...? before i booked again 2 weeks ago I emailed them, they told me it will be open in April. I turn up yesterday, NO restaurant... very disappointing.|I go to the RSL in town, and guess who the chef is... the one from Bairnsdale International... No renovations at all, he didn't like the boss.|Nothing on the web site saying its closed at all.|I am sick of turning up to a motel after driving 450km and NO restaurant...!! All I want to do is unpack, do a few emails, walk 50m to the restaurant have a good feed and off to bed...!|Never staying here again.
