If you are looking for an event space check out Torquay Taphouse. We hosted a Mother’s Day luncheon with 200 guests in the main dining area, perfect set up with long bar area, dedicated area for dance floor, Italian style menu executed well all meals came out hot and delicious! The venue photographs so well and the large screen was perfect for us to showcase our event partners.
Venue was so easy to deal with, really went out of their way giving us early access to set the room and all our questions were answered. Made for a very memorable day for our guests!

HOLY GUACAMOLE! Best Parma I’ve had in AGES honestly fantastic parmo from the taphouse incredible. ALSO, the banana pudding was marvelously delicate and balanced. The interior was pretty cool with a modern industrial mixed with an old style diner. Also got a tasting paddle and oh me oh my was delectable I must say, the hazy mid and ipa were very smooth and yummy however the limited edition Mexican Cerveca was NOT what I expected still very very wonderful and amazing experience here will probably come back at some point

Torquay Taphouse has become a favorite spot!

The spacious venue, with indoor trees, cozy booths, and a big projector screen, has an inviting, lively vibe. It’s perfect for meals and the games for kids are a bonus.

The brewery is visible through a glass wall and the Passionfruit Pale Ale, with its crisp tropical zing, won me over instantly.

As for the food, the fried chicken was one of the best I've tasted — crispy, juicy, and full of flavor.

For dessert, we were impressed by both the Chocolate Stout Cake and Strawberry Tart. They were both delicious and worth coming back for.

It's at the top of my list of places to return to when back in Torquay.

Love coming here with the kids and friends, we’ve been a handful of times and the food has always been banging and fresh, and the beers are 11/10. I had the chicken katsu which was crunchy, juicy and absolutely delicious with a hazy mid.

We recently hosted business lunch for a group of 20 at the Taphouse for a business lunch and were beyond impressed with the experience.

We were seated in the private dining area, which provided a professional and comfortable setting – perfect for our corporate gathering.

The team worked closely with us prior to create a personalised menu, and the food was beautifully prepared and well received by all.

Service was excellent– well organised, efficient, friendly, and seamless even with our large group.

Had a great dinner at the Taphouse tonight. Steak was cooked to perfection, beers were brilliant, friendly service and amazing venue. Great value too - steak night - $25 for a proper sized steak with chips, salad and a choice of sauce. We’ll be back!
