Don't consider this venue for an event! After numerous planning appointments with the event team, we were shocked to arrive for to our event to find nothing was organised as planned! The space was too small for our guests (70 people), the furniture was ripped and worn, catering were unpacking cakes onto chairs as no dessert table was organised (as previously arranged by the events team) and no staff would help! We were left to move heavy couches and tables on our own whilst guests stood and watched the chaos and mess unfold. Bar staff were handing out off-menu drinks to guests and putting on a tab without permission. The entire night was a nightmare. After contacting the venue, it's fallen on deaf ears with one call from the event planner and no contact or apology from management. Total waste of money.
