Love this place, it's my favourite in Geelong! Love the quiet location although it's close to the local shopping centre. Rooms are spacious, bathroom modern and the décor is lovely. BUT by far my favourite thing is the breakfast buffet! Delicious!! Fresh orange juice, yummy bacon and eggs and divine pastries.

Waurn Ponds Estate is in a gorgeous, quiet location. I stayed in the suite which was stunning. It’s all the little things that exceeded my expectations. The rooms have quality artwork, fixtures and lighting, and every item works!! High quality soaps, coffee pods and teas were provided.

Breakfast contained a good variety of nice food and drink items

Service was friendly. There weren’t a lot of staff but it was reasonable considering the number of occupied rooms.

Would absolutely stay here again.

For being so close to the city centre, it was pleasantly surprising how tranquil the setting is! It's only ten minute drive to the centre of town or Kardinia Park. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. One thing to note:- there are quite a few stairs - so if you have mobility issues - bare that in mind.

I stayed here for a MBA Residential and had a wonderful experience!
The rooms are lovely and clean, the staff super friendly and happy to help.
The grounds are beautiful and very well kept.

Needed a place to stay prior to our morning booking on the Spirit of Tasmania. Room was very nice, bed was comfy and the shower was awesome.

More than we expected
The staff from evening to morning were so friendly and welcoming ,the rooms were simple and comfy and had everything you needed but the included buffet breakfast was the star of the show 5 Stars iid say offering something for everyone from hot to cold ,Croissants bagels bacon n eggs you name it they had if ,Was amazing ,would definitely recommend and will definitely be back

Very disappointing experience. We booked for two nights over the Easter long weekend and checked out after one night. Poor breakfast ‘buffet’, nil staff around (look through the door they’ll be chatting in the kitchen). No high chairs available for babies. Coffee machine non-functional so just juice. Infinity pool advertised, it is not an infinity pool by any stretch of the imagination. Be prepared to walk for an hour looking for your room, none of the access doors are open so will need to walk back and start at reception on each attempt. Will not be back.
