Randomly walked into this cafe on my way to USYD. And they have iced strawberry matcha latte! (even though it is not shown on the menu) Will definitely visit more often.

Ordered açai bowl. Got slush. Threw out. Thanks for making food inedible. It feels great to be forced to throw out food when billions are out there starving/s.
Couldn’t even get the chips or burger patty right. Everything burned with cheap Aldi buns. Never again.

it was a blissfully quiet spot today for me to take a break, enjoy a nice meal and spend some time in peace. the granola bowl i had was very vell balanced combination of fresh fruit, creamy yogurt, crunchy granola, and fruit confit - just what i needed. the flat white was okay, but i had it skim, which i usually don't, and it would likely be better with full cream or alternative milk. definitely recommend stopping by here for a lunch if you're in the area 🙂

Forest Lodge Café is a treasure in the inner west. The owner Gary and his team work really hard to share their delicious food with the community. The coffee is flavoursome and beautifully presented. There is a great variety of food. There are Western brunch & lunch options, and I love the big breakfast, the avocado on toast known as Forest Ladder & the eggs benedict with hash browns. There are also Chinese lunch boxes each weekday, which are always a wonderful surprise each day.

Quite possibly the best value for money breakfast cafe in the inner West suburbs. Terrific menu, massive portions and truly delicious food. The big breakfast lives up to its name and the prices are so reasonable. Good combo deals and very good coffee as well. Free sparkling water as well and the serving staff are great

Tried this brand new Fruit Tea today and it was absolutely refreshing. It's half sugar with double the fruit. Definitely my favourite cafe in my neighbourhood. I like them so much because they are also offering $10 bento freshly made daily for the hood and for the students from USYD, using real healthy ingredients that would bring us back childhood memories!
