For personal reasons I recently sold my van and annex which I had fr 6 years at this lovely traditional "old-school" caravan park and the help and assistance and quick and easy transfer process to a buyer was done very efficiently by the Park Owner Ray. Thank you Ray fr all your help. It was so much appreciated.

Owner of this park seems very racist. I have heard of him refusing entry or even potential buyers due to the colour of their skin. Used the term "not suitable for our park".
I can not believe in this day and age these things still happen.

And of course they will say that is not the case but the caretaker of the park, the sellers of the caravan were all happy and found the purchasers to be a great family. A family of 4 that come from a great family, both parents have full time jobs and both kids are very respectful. The only issue was that the dad is black..
What other reason could it be. The manager asked the caretaker (manager) in an email correspondence if the family was suitable for the park just by seeing them.

So potential owners are not permitted to ask question about what they are allowed to do with their purchase. You personally have not spoken with the buyer so how can you make that judgment. Next time you buy something, make sure you ask no quostion or else you will be knocked back from the sale. Sounds like excuses to me.
