The. Best. Coffee. In. Tassie. Hands down. We tried a lot of the cafes around here and were underwhelmed. This place is amazing. The croissants are perfect. Minimalist vibe. And man do these guys know everything about coffee.

Among Hobart’s very best coffee using their own roasts (which I also use at home). Fairly no frills but nice interior, which can get a little full. Limited pastry choices from Pigeon hole I think. Amazing. Great coffee

Apparently opening time on a Wednesday is 6:30. Was there at 6:58 and was not open.
Very disappointing. Found a new place that was actually open. Get better more reliable staff.

Lovely coffee and great atmosphere. Really enjoying the beans at home as well, absolutely top notch product. Shake is worth the short drive to Moonah to enjoy the coffee in house. Well done to the team.
