A delightful bookstore cum cafe in New Norfolk with an excellent selection of books. It is has great coffee and some delicious baked goods. Would very much recommend when visiting New Norfolk.

Such a cute little bookshop with lots of selection of books to choose from! There’s also a little cafe inside that serves coffee and some cakes. Loved the atmosphere. They also sell some postcards here.

First time visiting here and hands down the friendliest coffee shop I've been too.
We were doing a tour, and the guys here made great coffee and were super nice and friendly. Great environment.

Wonderful find in New Norfolk, just out of the main street. A simple building, beautifully renovated (the floor is a work of art) to create a bright enticing decor. The menu is simple but good and my bacon, egg and tomato pie was freshly made and delicious. Coffee was good and the staff were charming and welcoming. We will be back.

Friendly staff. Lovely setting. Love being able to browse for books to buy while we wait and enjoy coffee after. Coffee and the chocolate cookies here are delicious.

Loveee the concept of coffee shop and bookstore but book selection is not much. Found it during a roadtrip around Hobart and it’s refreshing to see a dainty small coffee shop in a small town. Coffee is good 😊

So pleased to find the Black Swan Bookshop was open over tge Australia Day long weekend. Great coffee is served by the lovely owners and there's wonderful choice of fantastic books to browse and hopefully buy. Highly recommend you visit!!

Books and superb coffee! (They have a selection of teas too!) It’s a great place for bookworms😊 A must visit shop when you are in New Norfolk.
