Ngaire was sooo amazing! She made my wedding amazing in more ways than one and was just so enthusiastic and supportive the whole way through! A few of my wedding plans fell through last minute and she just made solutions on the spot which really made me relax and enabled me to really enjoy my day.
I have a new found respect for wedding coordinators as Ngaire’s ability to juggle a million things at once with a smile was just amazing! I wish I had booked her earlier as I didn’t realise how hectic weddings can get especially when things don’t go as planned.

Ngaire is an absolute angel! As a chronic over-planner myself, I usually find it hard to switch off and let someone else take the reigns on anything important to me; but the second I met Ngaire I was at ease and 100% comfortable letting go of everything for the day of our wedding.
We booked the day of coordinator package, and I have zero regrets! Ngaire set-up the ceremony and reception so perfectly, every little hiccup that arose was sorted quickly and mostly without my knowing. The reception set-up was so perfect in fact, that when another bride was doing a venue walk through just after the set-up, she changed her entire wedding theme to duplicate our set-up.
Our day was an absolute dream, and we owe this to Event Stylist and Co. If you are planning your wedding, and looking for someone to take control on the day, I highly recommend Ngaire and her team!

When I said to her we are looking for Harry Potter Luxe theming, she took that idea to a whole new level and those details on the day is what made it absolutely perfect. Ngaire should be used as the industry standard template other event stylists use for perfection. She's meticulous, oh-so-good at understanding your event vibe, fast thinking, and ridiculously organised and thought of e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g.
We had to change our venue 6 weeks out from the elopement (thanks, pandemic & lockdowns) but oh man, Ngaire came in CLUTCH with what can only be described as the most perfect venue. Even more perfect than our first venue choice, we now happily say!
Even on the day, when we were hit with another new (rather low blow) lockdown rule, Ngaire worked a miracle with the venue managers & our vendors to come up with a perfectly suited plan B for us as a couple. I don't know how she did it (magic? expert level negotiation skills? it's a wonderful life mystery!), but when we had so many things working against us, Ngaire just kept delivering win after win and she fought hard to make the day truly memorable.

She went above and beyond our expectations, and she is truly worth her weight in precious gems and gold.
