Very disappointed. Was served by a lady wearing Bella’s name tag, said that wasn’t her though (?) and she didn’t normally work there (?). Tried SNS for the first time because I’d been told it was stronger than shellac and I wanted to strengthen my nails while they were long.
While the mani initially looked good, one nail cracked within 48h, followed by another four over the next few days. See photos for progression (the white one was replaced early on because it was catching on everything- but the new salon didn’t have a matching pink). I had to replace it all because my nails felt awful, looked awful and the SNS wasn’t protecting my natural nails. Expected better of a salon with a 4+ star rating. Big waste of money.

Been here a few times for a shellac pedicure and always happy - neat end result, clean and thorough. It always lasts ages too (until my nails get too long). The pricing is reasonable too esp. compared to places nearby.

Shout out to Hannah who did my last one and was super lovely!

Bella has been taking care of my acrylic nails for about 18 months and is likely the best nail tech I've had. She's very fast and I never experience any lifting. Both Bella and Twee are excellent nail technicians.

I had an appointment booked by phone for 11.30 and arrived on time, but despite that, walk-ins were prioritised, and I had to wait. I specifically asked if I would finish in time for my next appointment at 1pm, and they assured me I would, but they didn’t honor that either. They finished at 1:20, and the nails were thick, rough, and the shellac polish was still wet. I went back, and they redid them, but they still tried to justify their poor quality and service . As a result, I missed my next appointment, and after three hours, I was also left with a $25 parking fee and a huge headache. Seeing other reviews with similar experiences I felt compelled to leave this review as nothing annoys me more than a service provider trying to justify poor quality and service in their response and getting away with it.

The best! I have been coming here for a couple of years now, never had an issue, all the staff are lovely, quick and great pricing.
