Salty Sips run by Human.Kind fortnightly
Free community event on Wednesday mornings. Yoga on the grass at 6.30am before taking a cold dip in the water with hundreds of likeminded souls.
Follow @saltysipsadl on Instagram for updates and time changes depending on daylight savings.
This event is my favourite thing to do in Adelaide and it’s free! Bring a yoga mat and a towel and meet friends. The vibes are always so high and the sky always puts on a show.
It normally changes to monthly during Winter so check the Instagram page to see exact dates. The event is on weekly but rotates between Glenelg and Henley so it’s only on at each location on a fortnightly basis
