Lovely little place tucked away in a cozy and beautiful neighbourhood. The lovely gentleman working was very courteous and friendly, very gentle-hearted. The food was also delicious. Ordered the chicken-mushroom crepe, chicken liver, and the three cheese soufflé. All of it was absolutely scrumptious! Would recommend 🙂

The drinks were great too and service was quick! Would absolutely love to come back and try more things

We came here as part of my birthday celebration and boy was I in for a surprise. They were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious! We had the onion soup, mushroom quiche, and double baked salmon souffle (special menu). I was really blown away with that onion soup, so moorish.

We are definitely coming back here for some more tasty meal.

Great little French cafe right under my nose. Authentic French dishes. Small establishment so booking is advised. Meal prices are not too bad.

This cafe was recommended to me and I’ve recommended it to everyone else I know! What a humble, quaint and beautiful venue. Friendly service and French cuisine - a welcome and delicious alternative to other cafes in the area and around Adelaide. Beautiful story behind the menu and delicious meals - tres magnifique!

We used to be frequent customers of Bistro France( as it used to be called!). Our favourite was the citron tart or the sour cherry tart. I am SO disappointed by my recent experience here. The coffee was scalding hot and ruined as a result and the citron tart was very disappointing. Heavy and floury rather than a more lemon custard consistency! The tarts looked unappetising, thin and overcooked. I'm sorry to give such a negative response but I won't be back.

Enjoyed eating at this hidden gem of a place. Lovely, attentive service and tasty French cuisine, full of flavour. Good options for those with dietary requirements. The atmosphere submerses you into feeling like you’re in another part of the world. Would return for sure.
